The little boy gave a challenging smile, hands clasped behind his head. He looked every bit the bratty kid.
"I'm not eating any cake unless you can do one thing for me," the little boy said, his voice laced with arrogance.
"What's that?"
"If we're going to be eating, we need some entertainment to go with it. So, you'll need to perform an acceptable dance for me." After speaking, he flashed another grin, clearly looking forward to the show.
"Amelia, we all performed already, but no one passed," Iris Yates whispered from the side. "Whether you're 'acceptable' or not is entirely up to him."
'They say children are angels.'
'How can this little brat be so infuriating?'
"You're dressed in clothes that are neither for men nor for women, and your dancing is even worse. Of course I'd say you failed!"
It dawned on Iris Yates. She muttered to herself, "No wonder he made us change clothes. It was deliberate!"
