He didn't know that Li Yang was currently having to force himself to forget about Yang Hui. If he didn't, he was going to explode.
Yang Hui had just handed him a massive headache, one far more serious than his previous concerns about department provocations and salary adjustments.
For those earlier issues, he could have found an excuse to shut everyone up.
But this thing with Zhang Li's report... Yang Hui was disregarding even Li Yang's own signature. This was a direct challenge to his authority as the boss. If Li Yang didn't deal with it, how could he maintain his prestige? What would his subordinates think of him?
