Zhao Chi headed straight north. Along the way, he constantly looked around to avoid running into the Nobles from Zone 7. The other pedestrians were also walking in a hurry. It seemed everyone had received a similar notice. Fortunately, there was only dust and horse manure on the road; he didn't encounter a single Noble.
Zhao Chi wanted to buy Silk Stocking Fashion, which the clothing stores in this town might not have. Furthermore, he needed materials for the Improved Fashion, including Rare Materials, which were also likely unavailable in this town. To buy everything, he would have to run to several different places.
It wasn't safe outside right now, and it wasn't worth risking his life for a little money. He could just buy everything directly at the Exchange. Although the Exchange charged a Transaction Fee, it had a complete variety of goods.
