"Finally, some peace and quiet." Shen Lingyin stuck her tongue out playfully.
"Wait, you guys really threw them out?" Zhang Rui was still processing what had just happened.
She had only been threatening them; she never imagined they would actually go through with it.
"What's the matter, Zhang Rui? Do they have some powerful backing or something?" Shen Lingyin asked, unconcerned.
"Not incredibly powerful on their own, but it involves the families of all six of them. If they band together, they can be a real problem." Zhang Rui rushed to the windowsill and leaned over to look down.
Downstairs, the three men and three women who had been thrown out were howling and cursing.
"Zhang Rui, you've got some fucking nerve!"
"If you have any balls, you'll stay right there! We'll be back!"
After all, these men and women were practitioners of Martial Arts, so their lives weren't in danger. They only suffered some external injuries and were crying out in pain.
