"Brother Fan, you're just bullying me now because you're so much stronger than I am!" Situ Xin whined playfully after Zhou Fan gave her a light swat. It was a rare sight. Even back when she and Zhou Fan were inseparable, Situ Xin had seldom acted this way. The only time she did was when she was assigned a mission and Zhou Fan, worried for her safety, forbade her from acting alone. She would then resort to this to get him to agree.
Of course, Situ Xin's playful whining was something only Zhou Fan ever got to see and enjoy. If anyone else was present, she would never show this side of herself.
"Enough of that. I'm immune to your whining," Zhou Fan said, looking at the delicate Situ Xin in his arms. He deliberately put on a stern face. "Tell me, were you wrong or not?" he asked, and gave her another swat.
