He opened the potion bottle and, just as Shefilya had instructed, drank half of it. Then, he recapped the bottle and set it aside.
Lin Mo closed his eyes and sat cross-legged. He soon felt the half-portion of Flame Reagent he had just consumed begin to take effect. A searing energy rapidly condensed in his lower abdomen before spreading throughout his body.
The searing energy was immense, far more than Lin Mo had expected. His entire body felt as if it were on fire, accompanied by a faint, burning pain.
Lin Mo quickly mobilized his Magic Power to resonate with the Ice and Water Elements, using their power to balance the excessive Fire Element's strength within his body.
This was clearly effective. The progression of the searing heat slowed noticeably, but the Flame Reagent's medicinal power wasn't fading that quickly. For now, he had only managed to prevent the situation from worsening.
