The Earth Bear's strongest Attribute was Constitution, which meant its Strength wasn't as terrifying as one might expect. Even though this particular bear was much larger than a typical adult, its Strength still didn't exceed Alton's, a Strength-type Professional.
If not for the pressure from its multi-ton body, Alton wouldn't have had such a hard time blocking it.
