The strongest offensive ability for all Dragon Species Creatures is, in fact, their Dragon Breath.
When Jin Zhan attacks an opponent with his Dominating Dragon Breath ability, the breath's area of effect expands if the target is killed.
This transforms what would be a small-area Dragon Breath into a powerful, wide-area-of-effect lethal ability.
Unleashing Dominating Dragon Breath consumed a significant amount of Jin Zhan's Energy.
Jin Zhan wouldn't unleash an ability like Dominating Dragon Breath right at the start of a fight.
He would wait until he had drained some of his opponent's energy and left them heavily wounded.
Then, a single blast of Dominating Dragon Breath would be enough to finish them off, expanding the breath's range to spread toward other enemies in the vicinity.
If a blast of Dominating Dragon Breath failed to kill the target, it wouldn't expand, but it would increase the damage the target subsequently took.
