Willow West looked closer.
Blocking her path was none other than Florence Fuller, the same woman who had been so hostile toward her at the dinner party.
Florence Fuller stood with her arms crossed, blocking the way.
A few of her close friends followed behind her.
She'd been watching Willow West for a while now, finally catching the little bitch as she left the Monroe estate.
She had specifically found a blind spot in the surveillance camera coverage to corner Willow West.
Willow West could see it plain as day. The words "looking for trouble" were practically written on their faces. They weren't here for a friendly chat.
Ignoring Florence Fuller and her entourage, Willow West changed direction and tried to leave.
Furious at being ignored, Florence Fuller stepped forward and blocked her path again.
"Willow West, I'm talking to you. Are you deaf?"
Willow West stopped, her breathtakingly beautiful face devoid of any expression.
"Yes?"
