Every time she was just about to catch Lochlan Knight, he would slip away. It was like having a prize snatched away at the last second. Even the mild-tempered Nell Knight couldn't help but get annoyed. She kicked off her shoe and hurled it straight at Lochlan.
Lochlan Knight never expected Nell to pull such a move. By the time he realized what was happening, it was too late to dodge. The shoe slammed right into his forehead.
"That'll teach you to run, hmph!" Nell Knight seized the opportunity and grabbed Lochlan, a wicked smile on her face.
