After the wedding ceremony concluded, guests moved to the reception hall in the back garden for dinner, taking the opportunity to tour the Rhodes Family Estate under the guidance of staff.
Meanwhile, on the lawn, the bouquet toss was underway.
"Stella, look at me, look at me!"
"Cousin, I'm over here!"
"Sister-in-law, Sister-in-law, throw it to the left."
"Mrs. Rhodes, to me, to me, to me!"
All the unmarried men and women were now gathered in the center of the lawn, waving their arms and shouting.
Ten meters away, Stella Sterling held the bouquet, her gaze landing on her sister, Sylvia Sterling, who stood at the very front of the crowd. A meaningful smile played on her lips.
Sylvia naturally saw her sister's intention. She raised an eyebrow and gave an almost imperceptible shake of her head.
Clearly, she didn't want the bouquet.
Standing on either side of Sylvia were Jude Langley and Claire Shawcross.
