Stella Sterling and Roman Rhodes strolled through the manor for over twenty minutes.
In that time,
a lake surrounded by a vast lawn and exquisitely manicured gardens unfolded before her.
In the distance, there was even a camp that resembled a training ground.
And all this was just the tip of the iceberg of the sprawling, tens-of-thousands-of-square-feet estate.
Just then,
Roman Rhodes stopped near the edge of the lawn.
He tilted his head, glancing at Stella as she admired the view. "I'll show you around more later. Shall we head to the tea hall first?"
Stella smiled readily. "Okay."
Clearly, she had prepared herself; her expression was no longer as stern and tense as before.
As Roman led Stella back to the main house,
the moment she stepped onto the stairs, it meant Stella was about to formally meet all the relatives of the extended Rhodes Family.
Second floor, the tea hall.
Mr. Bell waited quietly at the entrance.
