At ten in the morning, Stella Sterling drove to Marlen Street, Varden.
The entire commercial street was a sprawling maze of interconnected roads, stretching out as far as the eye could see.
Stella Sterling passed through the newly opened designer toy mall and arrived at the central plaza, where Victor Vance and a middle-aged man were standing in the shade, escaping the sun.
Victor Vance made the introductions. The man was the head of the commercial street's leasing department.
"Miss Sterling, there's a new section of storefronts that just opened up in Marlen Street's third district. Most of the spaces are between fifty and a hundred square meters. Shall I take you to have a look?"
Stella Sterling agreed. "Yes, please. Thank you for the trouble."
On the way, Victor Vance's curiosity got the better of him, and he repeatedly asked, "How much are you planning to invest in this flower shop? Do you have suppliers lined up for the flowers?"
