She snatched the medical report and shouted—

"Holly, look! The baby's still here!"
Wendy Wyatt excitedly placed the ultrasound report back in Holly Sinclair's hands, her eyes sparkling.

Holly Sinclair's eyes widened in shock.
She quickly lowered her gaze, poring over every detail of the report.
'It's true!'
'I didn't have a miscarriage. The baby is still here.'
"Noah, this..."
Holly Sinclair looked at her brother with red-rimmed eyes, seeking confirmation, unable to believe it.
"Your baby is still here," Noah Sinclair said, his eyes crinkling with a smile.
"But the doctor said..."
"The doctor who performed the surgery was a junior of mine from school."
