Who knows what had gotten into the fluffy creatures. The moment the video call connected, they all struck various poses, looking utterly ridiculous.
First up was the Iron-eating Beast Xuan Jiao. He had draped a piece of cloth over his body from who knows where.
"HUMPH!"
Looking like Kung Fu Panda, Xuan Jiao occasionally stood on one foot, then did high kicks. Ultimately, losing his balance, he fell flat on the floor.
Behind him stood the Mengji Snow Leopard. To be precise, he was standing atop a rockery designed to simulate a steep mountain peak.
"MEOW!"
The Mengji Snow Leopard struck what he thought was an incredibly handsome pose. He flexed his agile, muscular body and looked up at the starry sky with feigned melancholy.
"SCREECH!"
Panning further up, the Canglan Hunting Eagle—his feathers glossy and well-groomed—perched at the very top of the rockery. His massive wings were spread wide, creating a stunning visual impact like a magnificent statue.
