Dodging an incoming shot, Kerry dove to the ground, rolling several times before finding suitable cover. Fortunately, he had spotted the ambush in time. The other Law Enforcers were uninjured; they took cover, waiting for the right moment to fight back against the Rebel Army.
"Kerry, there's a sniper in the abandoned high-rise to the southeast. I'll take care of him. You lead the men and break through from the northwest."
Using the sniper as the focal point, the Rebel Army's encirclement thinned out as it expanded outwards, with the northwestern flank being the weakest. Since they had split into two teams earlier, Kerry and Huo An each carried a walkie-talkie for easy communication. Now, they could coordinate their retreat without interference.
