The streets of the Imperial Capital were cold and deserted. The occasional bark of a dog or meow of a cat echoed from the ends of the alleys. Beneath the moonlight, dozens of black figures darted across the rooftops. Judging by their paths, every single one of them was heading in the same direction.
That place was none other than the residence of a renowned family in the Imperial Capital... the Wang Family.
The moonlight was chilling. A feast of slaughter was about to begin.
Several black figures lay prone on the roof of the Royal Mansion, carefully observing the terrain. Then, like the most agile of cats, they leaped inside without a sound.
