"Get out of my way!"
The indifferent words came from Qin Ya's lips. Lu Chen turned his head upon hearing them, his gaze meeting Qin Ya's placid, unwavering eyes.
His eyes, as deep and dark as an ancient well, stared at Lu Chen. An invisible pressure radiated from Qin Ya as he said indifferently, "Get out of my way!"
Lu Chen's pupils contracted. This was a pressure he had only ever felt from a few of the Elders in his family—formless and intangible, yet it struck directly at the soul.
In a daze, it felt as if he weren't facing a young man, but a supreme Venerable. He found himself unconsciously stepping aside.
Qin Ya calmly walked past, nodding with a smile at Li Peiyi and the other two. The aura that had forced Lu Chen to bow his head instantly vanished, replaced by a disposition as gentle as a spring breeze.
