After all, Queen Qi was a Grand Slam Best Actress and the top star of Yaoyang. She was stunningly beautiful and boasted an impressive fanbase of over eighty million. In contrast, Lu Qing's fanbase mostly consisted of people who only cared about his looks. Although he only had around three million fans, every single one of them acted completely brainless.
The moment "I_Have_Scoop" posted the exposé, his Weibo account was swarmed. In just three days, his follower count skyrocketed from zero to 930,000. Of course, all these new followers were only there to curse him out.
Fans were always adept at deceiving themselves. They bent over backward to find excuses, claiming the photos were too dark and the person pictured wasn't Queen Qi at all. Naturally, Lu Qing's fans also denied the man in the picture was their idol.
