"What?" Michael was stunned. Had he heard that correctly?
I'm not dreaming, right? he thought, still unable to process the interface floating before him.
"Whoa... This is the famous 'System,' isn't it?" Michael's heart hammered against his ribs. He had read countless web novels about people who obtained Systems and became overpowered in no time.
"Hello? System? What are you, and what can you do?" Michael asked, his excitement visible in his wide eyes and trembling hands.

Michael's breath hitched.
"What?"
He didn't even bother trying to stay calm; the word burst out of him in a shout. "System—show me!"
• Pathway to Rinnegan: A developmental path to obtain the Rinnegan, also known as the "Eyes of God." It will first assist the Host in awakening the Three-Tomoe Sharingan, followed by a gradual awakening of the Rinnegan over seven days without side effects or costs.

Michael stared. For a long moment, he was speechless.

In the next instant, a terrifying surge of power flooded Michael's veins like a broken dam. His entire body slipped into a trance-like state.
His frame, which had been broken beyond belief, began to recover at a speed visible to the naked eye. Shattered bones snapped back into place in seconds; open wounds knit together and vanished. In just twenty seconds, every injury was gone, leaving his skin unblemished as if he had never been hurt at all.
Then, the transformation turned supernatural.
Michael was lifted into the air by an unseen force. The natural energy of the surrounding area began to stir, drawn toward him in a violent vortex. Within a one-kilometer radius, a typhoon-like wind appeared, funneling massive amounts of nature energy directly into Michael's body.
Under the surge of energy, Michael's skeletal frame began to fill out with lean, powerful muscle. His bones grew denser and stronger. A new force—Chakra—ignited within him. At first, it was the size of a fist; a second later, it was the size of a mountain; finally, it expanded until it felt as vast as the sea.
One minute... thirty minutes... forty-five minutes...
Finally, an hour later, the atmosphere settled. At the center of the clearing, Michael's transformation was complete.
"This feels... insanely good."
Michael slowly opened his eyes as his feet touched the ground. "Now that's more like it." He stretched, feeling the raw strength thrumming under his skin. Previously, his limbs had felt like they were made of lead and mud. Now, he felt as though he could obliterate a mountain with a single punch. He knew he couldn't actually do that yet—but the potential was there.

"System, you said it could be burdensome. Is it safe now?" Michael asked, still a bit cautious.
