Chapter 80 - Returning to Hu's immortal blessed Land

Several days had passed since the destruction of Imperial Court Blessed Land and the collapse of Eighty-Eight True Yang Building. It was like pouring oil onto a fire for Northern Plains, especially for the Huang Jin tribes.

Chaos erupted because of the wild Immortal Gu that had escaped from Imperial Court Blessed Land. As a result, many demonic path Gu Immortals managed to obtain Immortal Gu.

The righteous path of Northern Plains worked closely together to suppress the turmoil caused by the collapse of Eighty-Eight True Yang Building. With the profound foundations of their tribes, the demonic path and lone Gu Immortals were unable to accomplish much.

At the same time that Northern Plains was plunged into turmoil, Fang Yuan had already returned to Hu Immortal Blessed Land several days earlier.

Inside Dang Hun Mountain, Fang Yuan sat within one of the rooms, his divine sense focused on his immortal aperture—or rather, on his two immortal apertures.

His time path immortal aperture was extremely vast, covering an area of 12,640 square kilometers, with time flowing forty-nine times faster than in the outside world.

Without a doubt, immortal apertures of such a size were exceedingly rare.

Not every Gu Master had the potential to obtain a high-grade blessed land as the foundation of their immortal ascension. Only the most talented could achieve such a feat, and even they could not obtain a super-grade blessed land because they did not possess one of the Ten Extreme Physiques.

Throughout history, Gu Masters who possessed one of the Ten Extreme Physiques had always been extremely rare. Among them, those who survived and successfully became Gu Immortals were even fewer.

Even they could not guarantee ideal conditions like Fang Yuan's to fully realize their potential.

Thus, very few Gu Immortals possessed an immortal aperture like his.

The time path blessed land was incomparably vast. Fang Yuan's divine sense spread throughout the entire immortal aperture, and as it enveloped everything, an exceptionally clear image formed in his mind.

The sky within his blessed land was brightly illuminated, with scattered clouds drifting here and there. Several fragments of starlight condensed in the air before falling at tremendous speed, piercing the surface of the land.

The land within his immortal aperture was divided into plains, mountains, and various other terrains. The soil itself was fertile, with layers of ordinary flowers and vegetation spreading across its surface. A small river had also formed at the edge of the blessed land.

The water of this river was anything but ordinary. It was pale and strangely colored, radiating a dense time path aura.

"The results are actually even better than I expected… Normally, when a Gu Master ascends to become a Gu Immortal, the Dao marks they obtain are very limited. They are confined to their own path and are determined by the strength of the earthly calamity and heavenly tribulation they undergo during immortal ascension… But my situation is somewhat different."

From the very beginning, Fang Yuan had already been somewhat different from ordinary Gu Immortals because he possessed a second aperture, effectively doubling his potential. In return, however, he had to consume far more cultivation resources, though that was not a significant problem.

Then, after using the human refinement method derived from Dong Fang Chang Fan's refinement technique, he obtained two extreme physiques: the Desolate Ancient Moon Physique and the True Great Strength Physique.

However, unlike genuine extreme physiques, these physiques were slightly flawed and not truly complete due to the materials used during the refinement process.

Yet this was not unexpected. On the contrary, it had been entirely intentional on Fang Yuan's part.

He had incorporated heaven path into the refinement process. Since heaven path encompassed the profundities of every path, it was necessary to make the physiques imperfect in order to achieve his objective.

By "flawed," he meant the addition of Dao marks from other paths, which manifested physically within the time path blessed land.

The clouds were formed from cloud path Dao marks, the light from light path Dao marks, and the small River of Time came into existence through the intertwining and conflict between time path and water path Dao marks. The grasses, flowers, plants, fertile earth, and various terrains all originated from earth path and wood path Dao marks.

All of these phenomena were produced through the influence of the small number of heaven path Dao marks within Fang Yuan's time path immortal aperture.

At Rank Six, Dao marks of different paths could become a burden because their conflicts prevented Fang Yuan from displaying his full strength.

However, as he continued to pass earthly calamities and heavenly tribulations, his time path and strength path Dao marks would gradually increase. This flaw would eventually disappear completely once he advanced to Rank Seven.

At that point, Fang Yuan's potential would become truly terrifying. Even without the Sovereign Immortal Body, he would undoubtedly stand on equal footing with Feng Jiu Ge after advancing to Rank Seven.

"This really does look like a wonderful future!"

A faint smile appeared on Fang Yuan's face before he shifted his divine sense toward his strength path immortal aperture.

The strength path immortal aperture was smaller than the time path immortal aperture, though the difference was not particularly large. It covered an area of 11,200 square kilometers, and with a large tributary of the River of Time flowing through it, time passed at a ratio of thirty-two to one compared to the outside world.

The appearance of the strength path immortal aperture was vastly different from the time path blessed land.

A range of white mountains stretched across a vast portion of the blessed land, forming a chain of hollow caverns beneath them, where various ores such as steel, gold, and copper had begun to take shape.

There were also several valleys and stone forests, where various hardy plants had started to grow. These plants somewhat resembled crimson muscle fibers, yet strange protrusions covered their surfaces, giving them an unusual appearance.

The sky was azure, blanketed by dense clouds. Several rocks and clusters of stardust floated in the air as though fixed in place, taking on the rudimentary forms of stars.

Fang Yuan carefully observed all of these changes and could not help but look forward to the day when he would fully develop his blessed lands.
