I surged forward, leveraging my water powers to trip him, then used the focused power of One For All and my Cursed Energy enhanced Riptide to just barely graze his heel, his only mortal spot. He bellowed in rage and grudging respect, vanishing into a pillar of light, swearing vengeance. The Master Bolt was retrieved.
