Aarav returned to the shop one last time.
The old man stood silently.
"It's time," he said.
Aarav nodded.
"I understand now."
He placed the watch on the table.
"I don't want borrowed time anymore."
The old man picked it up.
For the first time, he smiled gently.
"Most people never understand this."
Aarav felt something strange—
like time slipping away from him.
He asked softly,
"Will I be okay?"
The old man replied—
"You gave time to save someone…
Time will remember that."
The watch shattered into pieces.
