Chapter 1 - LOVE OF ONE NIGHT

I was alone… or at least, I thought I was.

Then I saw her.

An unknown girl… her white scarf drifting gently in the wind, like moonlight had descended to earth. There was something in her eyes—an innocence so pure, as if the world's harshness had never touched her. And her beauty… it wasn't something you just looked at, it was something you felt deep within your heart.

"You… here at this hour?" I asked softly.

She smiled. There was no noise in her smile, only peace.

"Maybe like you… I came out looking for something."

Her voice calmed all the questions inside me.

We started walking together along that silent road. There was no hurry, no destination… just a strange feeling, as if time itself had paused.

"Aren't you afraid?" I asked.

She let out a soft laugh. "Fear comes when you're alone. Tonight… I don't feel it."

Her words went straight to my heart.

The wind grew a little stronger, and her scarf brushed against my hand. It was just a moment… but in that moment, the whole world seemed to shrink. My heartbeat quickened, and my mind forgot how to think.

"You're strange," she said, looking at me.

"Why?"

"Because you're looking at me… like you're seeing someone for the first time."

I stayed silent. Maybe she was right.

There was something in her eyes… a depth, a hidden pain, and an innocent hope. I couldn't stop myself.

"If this night ends… will I see you again?"

She stayed quiet for a while, then looked up at the sky where the moon was slowly hiding behind the clouds.

"Some people… come into your life only for one night," she said softly, "so they can become a memory… not a habit."

A quiet pain rose in my heart.

We stopped at a turn in the road.

"I have to go," she said.

"So soon?"

"Morning is coming… and with it, some things disappear."

I wanted to stop her… to say so much… but my words were lost somewhere.

She turned slowly… and with each step, she faded into the darkness.

I stood there alone… with an empty road, cold air, and an unfinished story in my heart.

Even today… when the night grows too quiet, I return to that same street.

Maybe I'll see her again…

Or maybe… she was just a beautiful dream that touched my reality and slipped

away. 💔✨
