"I left a copy somewhere."

"Where?"
Takeru smiled.
"Near Kenjaku."
Everyone paused.

"Yep."
Takeru closed his eyes.
"I'm gonna switch."

Stone walls.
Dark corridors.
Faint cursed energy.
Takeru stretched.
"Back again."
He looked around.
"Dad?"
Silence.
Takeru smiled.
"He's probably nearby."
He started walking through the corridor.
"Wonder what he's doing."
He rounded a corner.
And stopped.
Kenjaku was there.
Kenjaku looked at him.
"…You returned."
Takeru nodded.
"Yep."
Kenjaku sighed.
"Why?"
Takeru smiled.
"Family bonding."
Kenjaku immediately looked away.
"…I knew I shouldn't have bought you that ice cream."
Takeru laughed.
"You totally would again."
Kenjaku said nothing.
Takeru walked over and leaned against the wall.
"So, Dad."
Kenjaku sighed.
"What now?"
Takeru grinned.
"What's next?"
Kenjaku looked at him.
"…That is a complicated question."
Takeru nodded.
"Good."
He smiled.
"I've got time."
