Chapter 346 - Chapter 1: Sleepover Protocol

Night had finally settled over Jujutsu High.

For once, the place wasn't screaming, exploding, or being reorganized into a cursed economy.

It was quiet.

Suspiciously quiet.

Inside one of the larger rooms, futons were laid out in chaotic rows across the floor.

Too many people for it to make sense.

Too many personalities for it to stay calm.

And yet—

it was a sleepover.

Takeru flopped down onto a futon like he owned gravity.

Crunch.

Still eating something.

Yuji was already half under a blanket.

"…This is actually kinda nice."

Megumi sat down carefully, immediately suspicious of the situation.

"…Something is going to happen."

Nobara was adjusting her pillow aggressively.

"…If I get cursed in my sleep, I'm haunting all of you."

Hakari was laughing while rolling his futon out.

"…Best group sleepover ever."

Kirara quietly shook her head.

"…This is a terrible idea."

Nanami stood near the edge of the room, already looking tired.

"…Why am I here."

Haibara immediately pointed.

"…Because I invited you!"

Nanami stared at him.

"…That is not a valid reason."

Choso had already settled in quietly, sitting with unusual calm.

"…This arrangement is acceptable."

Yuji immediately brightened.

"…Bro!"

Choso nodded once.

"…Brother."

Meanwhile—

Gojo had already turned the sleepover into a competition of who could be the most annoying before bedtime.

Geto sat down carefully among them.

"…So I'm included in this."

Takeru pointed at him immediately.

"…Half-brother privileges."

Geto paused.

"…I don't remember agreeing to that."

Takeru nodded.

"…Doesn't matter."

From across the room, Megumi sighed deeply.

"…Why are there so many family categories now."

Hakari grinned.

"…Because it's fun."

Kirara immediately looked at him.

"…That is not a reason."

Takeru stretched on his futon.

"Alright."

A pause.

"Sleepover rules."

Yuji blinked.

"…There are rules?"

Takeru nodded seriously.

"One: no fighting."

A pause.

"…Unless it's funny."

Megumi muttered.

"…That cancels the rule."

Takeru continued.

"Two: snacks are shared."

He pointed at himself.

"I brought supplies."

Nobara immediately sat up.

"…That's the only rule I like so far."

Gojo leaned back casually.

"…This is going to go badly, isn't it."

Geto sighed.

"…Probably."

Nanami rubbed his temples.

"…Definitely."

Haibara clapped excitedly.

"…This is the best night ever!"

Yuji nodded enthusiastically.

"…Yeah! Sleepover!"

Choso quietly adjusted his position.

"…This is… tolerable."

Takeru yawned slightly.

"Good."

A pause.

"Now everyone sleep."

Silence.

Then Hakari raised a hand.

"…Can we talk first?"

Kirara immediately sighed.

"…Of course you want to."

And just like that—

the sleepover officially began.

Too many sorcerers.

Too many personalities.

Not enough chance of actual sleep.
