Chapter 1 - The King, the Two Queens, and the Light of Truth

Long ago, in a magnificent kingdom surrounded by green forests and shining rivers, there lived a wise and powerful king. His palace stood tall with golden towers that sparkled under the sun. The people of the kingdom were happy because their king ruled with fairness and kindness.

The king had two queens, and both were very fair and beautiful to look at. The elder queen was gentle, soft-spoken, and pure-hearted. She loved the king deeply and always cared for his comfort. Every morning she made sure his meals were prepared well and his clothes were ready before he began his royal work.

The elder queen also had a little son, a sweet young prince who filled the palace with laughter. He loved to run through the gardens chasing butterflies and listening to stories from his mother. The elder queen taught him to be kind, truthful, and respectful to everyone. The palace servants respected her because she treated them like family. 😊

The younger queen was also very beautiful, with shining eyes and graceful manners. But inside her heart, she carried jealousy and anger. She did not like that people praised the elder queen for her kindness and wisdom.

Whenever she saw the king smiling at the elder queen or playing with the little prince, her heart burned with envy. She began to think, "Why does everyone love her more than me?" Instead of improving herself, she started planning ways to harm the elder queen's happiness. 😠

The king, however, trusted both queens and did not notice the darkness growing in the younger queen's heart. In fact, he often spent more time with the younger queen, which made her proud and careless. But deep inside, her jealousy kept growing day by day like a storm cloud in the sky.

One quiet evening, while walking through the palace corridor, the king noticed the younger queen whispering secretly with a servant. When she saw the king, she suddenly became nervous and changed the topic. This strange behavior made the king feel uneasy.

From that day onward, the king decided to keep a close watch on her actions. He ordered his trusted guards to quietly observe the kitchen and the palace rooms without letting anyone know. The king did not want to accuse anyone without proof, but his heart felt that something was wrong.

Meanwhile, the elder queen continued her daily life peacefully. She prayed for the king's safety and spent time caring for her son. She had no idea that danger was slowly approaching the royal family. The palace remained calm on the outside, but inside, tension was growing. 🌙

One morning, the younger queen finally decided to carry out her dangerous plan. She secretly mixed poison into the king's food, hoping that harm would come to him. Then she planned to blame the elder queen so that the king would lose trust in her forever.

But the king's guards were already watching carefully, just as he had ordered. As soon as the younger queen finished preparing the food, they stepped forward and stopped her. She was frightened and tried to make excuses. Quickly, she pointed her finger at the elder queen and said,

"She told me to do this!"

However, the guards had seen everything with their own eyes. They immediately informed the king. When the king heard the truth, his face turned serious and his heart filled with sadness. He realized how close the kingdom had come to disaster. ⚖️

The king gathered everyone in the royal court and carefully listened to all the evidence. After understanding the truth, he felt deeply disappointed in the younger queen for her cruel actions. He knew that justice must be fair for the safety of the kingdom.

With a heavy heart, the king ordered the younger queen to leave the kingdom forever. She was sent away so that peace could return to the palace. The elder queen, kind and forgiving, prayed that the younger queen would one day learn the value of goodness.

From that day forward, the king lived happily with the elder queen and their little prince. The palace once again filled with laughter, music, and joy. The people celebrated the triumph of truth and kindness, and the kingdom remained peaceful for many years to come. 🌟

Moral of the story:

Jealousy brings trouble, but kindness and truth always lead to happiness.
