Chapter 110 - Horse-Riding Tsunade

Hiruko rode the "fine mare," galloping across the vast plains of passion. The two of them were nearly fused as one.

"No...!"

The relentless, rhythmic surges left Tsunade in a constant state of daze. One had to admit, after Hiruko obtained the Raikage's body-tempering abilities and refined them, his physical strength had become increasingly feral. No wonder the "Raikage Brother" appeared so often in those doujinshi—without a god-tier constitution, how could you ever hope to dominate others?

Hiruko gripped the two "massive steering wheels" to stabilize his high-speed driving.

After a night of primal intensity, Hiruko finally took pity on the exhausted "little sprout" and let her rest. He was increasingly satisfied with his new body. He knew he had to keep pushing the limits of his physical strength; if he couldn't even subdue Tsunade, how could he ever dream of managing a harem? When the time came, he wanted everyone to join the fun.

During this period, the situation in the shinobi world remained relatively stable. Every faction was quietly accumulating power and resolving internal friction. While famous veterans occasionally fell to rising "Supernovas," it was nothing out of the ordinary. Even Konoha's intelligence network struggled to find much on the Akatsuki.

Konoha itself was flourishing. A father and daughter from the Land of Snow walked out of a hyper-supermarket. The tall father held his daughter, looking up at a giant LED screen on a skyscraper playing a PV for a movie about the Battle of the Final Valley. He couldn't help but sigh. Seeing the radiant smiles on the pedestrians' faces, he marveled at the Leaf's prosperity.

This father was Fenghua Zaoxue (Koyuki's father), the Daimyo of the Land of Snow. He had come at Hiruko's invitation for "technical exchange." Though the initial invitation had been a bit forceful, he was quickly won over by Hiruko's vast knowledge. The technologies he had never seen before, the policy reform suggestions, and the statecraft strategies were like treasures to him.

Following behind them was a man with a sullen expression: Fenghua Nutao (Doto). He, too, had been "invited," but his heart was full of humiliation. Unlike his brother, Doto was constantly calculating how to get even, vowing to make Konoha pay.

When he saw the founders of the Hidden Leaf unleashing world-ending jutsu in the movie trailer, his face twitched. He muttered that it was no wonder there was such a massive crater at the Valley of the End—those two monsters actually fought like that? Is that really something a ninja can do?

It's fake. Must be fake. Movie special effects! Doto hypnotized himself, trying to maintain his sanity. Despite his burly appearance, he was a researcher. However, his style was coarse and violent—the difference between European precision engineering and Russian "brute force" engineering.

A vintage-style sedan pulled up in front of them. Kakashi stepped out with a polite smile. "Lord Zaoxue, the Hokage requests your presence." He opened the rear door for the father and daughter.

Minato's private banquet wasn't just for the Land of Snow. The Queen of Loulan, Sara, and the Priestess of the Land of Demons, Miroku, had also received invitations. These were all titans of the smaller nations.

At Minato's private residence, Naruto Uzumaki—barely two months old—was happily playing hide-and-seek with his mother. Despite his age, his development was abnormal. He could already run freely and possessed the mental capacity of a three-year-old, capable of simple communication.

Hiruko hadn't expected his serum to have such a profound effect on the little guy. As expected of a "Savior," his talent was off the charts.

"Is little Naruto hidden? Mama's coming to find you!" Kushina covered her eyes, a happy smile on her lips. Little Naruto held his breath, stifling his giggles as his small feet padded across the polished floor toward another room.

After becoming Hokage, the family's living conditions had upgraded significantly. The estate was sprawling, filled with rooms for Naruto to bounce through. However, today was a formal occasion. Kushina soon caught her son and tucked him away, preventing him from causing chaos.

The guest list was illustrious: Zaoxue of Snow, Queen Sara of Loulan, Priestess Miroku, the Sarutobi Elders, the Uchiha couple and Itachi, the Ino-Shika-Cho trio, the Hyuga brothers, and the Sannin—Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Hiruko.

"I didn't expect Minato to invite so many lovely ladies," Jiraiya whispered to Hiruko, sipping sake with a lecherous grin. He looked at the elegant Sara and the refined, recently-postpartum Miroku. He was clearly imagining things he shouldn't. Of course, he only looked; he wouldn't dare hit on Minato's official guests.

Miroku had recently given birth to a daughter (Shion), though her husband's identity was a mystery. Hiruko looked at Sara, then at Miroku, thinking: No wonder Miroku has more charm than Sara despite being a priestess; that's the allure of a mature woman.

Hearing she was a "single mother," Jiraiya grew even more excited. Miroku seemed to overhear them, offering a small smile. "Lord Hiruko, I have no husband. The Priestess lineage does not require a husband to conceive."

Jiraiya immediately straightened his face, turning to Hiruko. "Miss Miroku's prophecy ability is similar to the Great Toad Sage's. Didn't you want to find the Savior? Ask her!" Hiruko said, smiling as he drank.

The Priestess of the Land of Demons possessed foresight. While perhaps not as absolute as the Great Toad Sage, she could accurately predict the fate of ordinary people and major events not shielded by destiny.

"After the banquet, let's visit Miss Miroku together," Jiraiya said, his eyes full of hope. "Prophecy! Yes, we must go!" He carried the heavy burden of finding the Child of Prophecy, and Miroku represented a new lead. He felt that perhaps he was incapable of bringing happiness to those close to him, so he had resigned himself to his mission. Seeing Tsunade with Hiruko was fine—at least he knew Hiruko's roots.

Actually, Hiruko was also eyeing Miroku. He coveted her prophecy genes. In the vast multiverse, the power of Fate was top-tier. He had already resolved to "collect" her genetic factors for cloning experiments.

"By the way, why did you invite all these people?" Jiraiya asked. He hadn't been to the village in ages and barely recognized the bustling metropolis it had become. He'd even taken a high-speed train back—a far cry from a horse-drawn carriage.

Hiruko spoke slowly. "Minato and I invited everyone to open new trade routes and build a mutually beneficial foreign trade model. Konoha will act as an ally to help these nations modernize."

This was the restructuring of the shinobi. A ninja's value shouldn't just be measured in killing. Hiruko wanted scientists, artists, philosophers, and doctors. Chakra shouldn't just be for murder. Eventually, he planned to end the "Shinobi Era" entirely. But for now, people needed to eat. He had to create jobs that allowed villagers to live prosperously without needing to kill.

As night fell and rain began to patter outside, the atmosphere inside was electric. Minato raised a glass. "To a brighter tomorrow! Cheers!" He had lost his "warm boy" aura, looking every bit the sovereign leader.

"Cheers!"

That night, a secret community agreement was formed between the Land of Fire and nations like Loulan, Snow, and Demons. Konoha would establish branches, build schools to teach the "Will of Fire," and provide military protection.

For the Land of Snow, which suffered from Russian-style arctic weather, Konoha would supply food and build infrastructure. In exchange, Snow would share its advanced chakra technology and allow Konoha businessmen to build factories. Snow would become a heavy industrial hub for the Leaf, providing 30% of its "ordnance."

And Hiruko didn't mean kunai. He meant hot weapons: firearms, RPGs, tanks, submarines, and airships. Under his permission, massive assembly lines would be built in the Land of Snow.

Daimyo Zaoxue didn't see the long-term trap. He only saw full bellies for his people. He didn't realize that from the moment he signed, the Land of Snow was destined to either be assimilated or become a colony of the Land of Fire, squeezed dry by monopoly capital.

Hiruko would let this capital grow unchecked. It was part of the plan. The people of the shinobi world wouldn't understand the beauty of Great Unity until they had tasted the cruelty of unfettered capitalism.

As for Loulan, it sat on the Dragon Vein. After Minato sealed it years ago, the nation had begun to decline. In the original timeline, it would become ruins. But now, Konoha would station troops there—driving a spike into the heart of the Land of Wind—while "assisting" their economy.
