Desperate to find answers to the many more questions I now had to my heritage, yet not knowing where to go for the answers. So, the last thing I needed to see was Grace and Kael looking so loved up.
Every time they were together the atmosphere was normally tense. Or awkward. They attempted to be cordial. To be friendly. But there was always an underlying air of unease, no matter how hard they tried. But, seeing them just then, when they thought nobody else was around, had caused my heart to fall. They looked close.
