I did not know what else to do. As I had looked down at the message from my father my mind had gone to one solution. I could think of nothing else but that. And, while the thought made me feel sick, I knew that if I were to seduce Kael, he would want this wedding done. Arranged. And I would finally have my father off my back. I needed to release this pressure building around me. My head no longer felt like my own. And with ever increasing thoughts of Jake, it was only becoming worse.
Finding him alone could not have gone more perfectly. It had given me the ideal surroundings to put my plan into action. And as Kael willingly let me into his home, I did not think he knew what was about to come. There was a sense of coolness to him as he opened the door, but it seemed to soften a little, and it filled me with hope.
