My body shuddered beneath the crushing weight of their words.
They both believed the only real danger was me pulling away from them, or the jealousy brewing between two brothers. They had no idea that a catastrophic storm was waiting for me at dawn that I might have to sell my body to Vincetti just to protect my existence with these two men who wrapped their bodies around me like an impenetrable fortress.
I buried my face deeper into Alexander's broad chest, my fingers clutching Cedric's arms tightly, squeezing my eyes shut as I silently begged for the night never to end, and for the dawn never to break.
