Chapter 96 - finally the seal break

The moment the final seal shattered, the entire world felt it.

A deafening CRACK split the sky above the Azure Kingdom capital. Dark storm clouds boiled into existence out of nowhere, swirling violently with crimson lightning and howling winds. Thunder roared like the scream of an ancient beast. The ground trembled. Buildings shook. People across the city — soldiers, citizens, even the royal guards — dropped to their knees or froze in terror, bodies shaking uncontrollably as an overwhelming, malevolent presence flooded the air.

A loud, ancient, and utterly evil voice boomed from the cracked sky, echoing across the entire realm:

"FINALLY… I AM FREE."

The First Djinn had been unleashed.

Even the Demon Lord and the Goddess, who had just succeeded in breaking the last chain, looked momentarily shaken by the sheer darkness that poured out.

Everyone trembled — the King, the nobles, the soldiers fighting on the walls, the civilians hiding in their homes. Fear gripped the hearts of mortals and lesser beings alike.

But you, Miya, and Lukas did not tremble.

Miya stood tall beside you on the battlefield, Starfang glowing fiercely in her grip, emerald eyes burning with defiance rather than fear. Her tail lashed once, steady and ready.

Lukas's cosmic crown flared brightly. Shadows surged around him like a living storm, his expression calm and cold. He was completely unbothered — the freedom you had granted him made him immune to such primal terror.

You remained perfectly still, completely unfazed. The First Djinn's voice and presence washed over you like a light breeze. After all, you were now the most powerful being in the multiverse — unbound, unrestricted, and far beyond whatever the ancient evil djinn could muster.

The First Djinn's laughter rolled across the sky like thunder.

"Ahhh… the sweet taste of freedom after millennia. Now… who dares awaken me? A little goddess and a demon? How amusing. And I sense… something else. Something far more interesting nearby…"

His crimson gaze seemed to sweep across the realm, searching.

Miya gripped her blade tighter. "My lord… he's looking for us."

Lukas's voice was low and dangerous. "Let him come. We'll end this quickly."

The battlefield had gone eerily quiet as the demons themselves paused in awe and fear of their new "ally."

The King looked at you with pure desperation, barely able to speak through his trembling.
