Chapter 66 - Meet the goddess and the evils djinn

You turned to Lukas on the quiet garden balcony, the two moons hanging low in the sky.

"Lukas… let's go somewhere else. Just the two of us."

Lukas nodded instantly, shadows curling with excitement. "Anywhere you want, big brother."

You snapped your fingers once.

Reality folded.

The two of you appeared directly beside the Goddess in the forbidden void between realms — the exact place where she was trying to unseal the First Djinn.

The ancient sphere of black chains floated before her, pulsing with malevolent crimson light. The Goddess's hand was pressed against the final seal, golden energy pouring into it as she worked to break the last bindings.

Both she and the awakening entity inside the sphere froze in complete shock.

The Goddess spun around, eyes wide with fury and disbelief. "You—?!"

The First Djinn's deep, ancient voice rumbled from within the cracking sphere, laced with dark amusement and surprise:

"Two visitors now? How delightful."

You stood there completely calm, hands in your pockets, radiating that boundless, unrestricted power.

You looked straight at the Goddess and spoke with quiet indifference:

"Try all you want. I won't stop you."

Then you turned your gaze to the glowing crimson eyes inside the sphere and continued, voice low but carrying absolute finality:

"Evil Djinn… after all those years, if you still don't repent and you choose to follow your old ways — and the Goddess — you will end up dead soon once you're free. Heed my warning."

The First Djinn's laughter echoed through the void, but there was a new, cautious edge to it.

The Goddess's face twisted with rage, but she said nothing — she could feel the overwhelming, limitless power rolling off you now that you were truly unbound.

You didn't wait for a reply.

You snapped your fingers again.

You and Lukas vanished from the void and reappeared back on the garden balcony of the house as if nothing had happened.

Lukas exhaled, a small grin on his face. "That was… intense. You really just walked in and told them both off."

You patted his shoulder. "Let's get some rest."

You both returned inside. Miya stirred sleepily as you slid back into bed beside her, pulling her close. She nuzzled against your chest with a contented sigh, tail draping over you. Lukas returned to his room with Liora, who curled up beside him without a word.

The night passed peacefully.

Morning light filtered gently through the windows of the house. The survivors were already awake, moving quietly and helping prepare breakfast together — the children laughing softly for the first time since the attack.

Miya woke in your arms, emerald eyes warm and devoted as she kissed your jaw.

"Good morning, my lord… Did something happen last night? Your power feels… even more limitless than before."

Lukas and Liora emerged from their room a moment later, both looking refreshed and quietly powerful.
