"Lucas!" I called out rushing over to the gazebo he was sitting in. "What are you doing here right now? Shouldn't you be resting or something?"
"Tyler," his face visibly lit up upon seeing me that I almost tripped over myself. What the actual fuck was going on here? He's smiling so brightly that other people are noticing.

"Y-you should've called me," I huffed.
"I wanted to surprise you. How did you know I was here?" Lucas stood up and walked over. In front of everyone, he hugged me the same desperate way he had this morning. "Ack! Don't do that!"
"Tyler I missed you," he said.
I could feel my face heating up as more people started to look over at us! Shit! We must look like a couple reuniting in some shitty lifetime movie! People I see in class were whispering and pointing at us for fucks sake!
