"Wasn't that a good lunch?" I nudged Pinky begging her to keep talking. We had yet another awkward and hostile lunch with Ethan and Darius. I only let it slide this time because... well I don't actually know why.
"No, I lost my appetite," Pinky said. "Actually I think I'm losing my sanity listening to those two argue. In case you guys have forgotten finals are soon and we all need to get into a good college."
"Pinky-"
"Shut up Melody," she huffed. Oh wow. She really has lost it. "Ethan, melody doesn't like you like that and she never will do just give up and deal with someone else already. Darius Isn't someone you want to mess with. I'm going to go study."
She just walked off.
"Sensible girl," Darius chuckled.
"Well she can't tell me what to do. Besides like I said, my feelings are my own issue," Ethan argued. "I think I'll keep shooting my shot."
"You should stop though." I said.
