Immediately Sam spoke, Madeline and Whiptail didn't waste anymore time and burst into the room. They heard everything Sophia said just now so it gave them the perfect cover.
"Miss Sophie, We're sorry we arrived late" she spoke walking towards her. As the lieutenant tried to step forward, Whiptail grabbed him, giving him a full shoulder throw before using the triangle method to knock him out.

Sophia looked confused at the group who just came in. She clearly knew they weren't from the government because of their dressing and it wasn't six o'clock yet. The time for the daily check up.
Unless, they were sent from any person her husband blabbered to.
