Christopher put his phone away.
Seeing his grave expression, Janice immediately asked, "What's wrong?"
Christopher said, "Nanny Daisy just said that Grandpa's cough was getting worse, but he refused to go to the hospital. I have to go over there."
"Then I'll go with you." Janice said.
Christopher nodded.
As soon as the two got to the car, Janice's phone rang. It was her colleague, who said that something had happened at the station and asked her to return immediately.
After receiving the call, Janice apologized embarrassedly.
"Hubby, I may not be able to go with you. I've to return to the TV station."
Christopher replied, "Go ahead. I'll stay with Grandpa."
"Then you have to persuade Grandpa to get treated" Janice said guiltily.
"Yes."
The two of them returned to their own car.
Christopher drove to Old Mr. Allson's house, while Janice returned to the TV station.
