As Denise spoke, she glanced at Christopher in the rear-view mirror, only to find that he didn't react to her words.
She wondered if what she said was not obvious enough.
"By the way, I heard Janice met you on a blind date. I didn't expect you to go on a blind date."
Christopher frowned. "What's so strange about going on a blind date?"
His tone was inexplicably unpleasant. Denise was stunned and quickly explained, "There's nothing wrong with a blind date. I just feel that you don't need blind dates. After all, the girls who will go on a blind date are not very good."
She was implying that girls who went on blind dates were girls nobody wanted.
As soon as she finished speaking, the car suddenly braked.
"Get out!"
Denise felt a state of shock.
Christopher repeated, "Get out of the car!"
Only then did Denise come to her senses, but she found it hard to believe. There were still a few streets away from where she stayed.
