Chapter 36 - SEASON 1 | EPISODE 36: THE ILLUMINATE PROTOCOL

1. The Silver Taming

The moonlight over Bhilai was once again interrupted by the sound of cracking bone and primal growls. For the second night in a row, the beast inside Toshika attempted to seize control. Himanshu—known to his team as the Architect, Aaryan—moved before the transformation could even wake the others. With a single, mana-infused touch, he rendered her unconscious, the silver fur receding as quickly as it had arrived.

By 4:00 A.M., the house was a hive of activity. Simran, Riya, and Shreya were buried in their textbooks, their minds racing to absorb every last detail for the final day of the Half-Yearly Exams. Aaryan, however, was focused on a different kind of preparation. He approached Toshika, who was rubbing sleep from her eyes, and handed her the vial of violet serum he had perfected the evening before.

"Drink," he commanded.

Toshika obeyed. As the liquid hit her system, her eyes flashed a brilliant amber before settling into a deep, controlled gold. "Aaryan... I can feel it," she whispered, her voice steady. "The wolf... it's under my control now".

"Good," Aaryan replied, his eyes cold and analytical. "But balance is not mastery. Today, you start your real education—both in the classroom and on the field".

2. The Werewolf in the Classroom

The walk to AKPS Bhilai was a strange sight. Aaryan, flanked by his three "Combat Assets," led a curious Toshika toward her first day of school. While the Class 10 exams were the primary focus for the team, the rest of the school operated normally. Aaryan delivered Toshika to her primary class teacher, who was amazed by the new student, having no idea she was currently in charge of a high-tier biological weapon.

As they walked toward the examination hall, the girls began to giggle. "I can't believe it," Simran whispered. "A literal werewolf sitting in a classroom learning basic math".

Riya and Shreya joined in, the absurdity of their situation providing a rare moment of levity. But Aaryan didn't smile. He stopped walking, his aura suddenly becoming heavy and suffocating.

"You find it funny?" Aaryan asked, his voice a low, dangerous vibration. "Riya, you are an artificial system inhabiting a human shell. Shreya, to the world and your own parents, you are a ghost. Simran, you would be a memory if I hadn't rewritten your fate. None of you are 'normal'. Toshika is no different".

The laughter died instantly. The hallway grew silent as the gravity of his words sank in. They weren't just friends; they were survivors of a world that wanted them dead.

"We understand, Aaryan," Simran said, her voice quiet. "We are only living because of you".

"Then act like it," Aaryan said, turning back toward the exam hall. "Focus on the paper. The Architect has no room for distraction".

3. The 100,000x Potential

The afternoon brought a change in pace. After returning from school, Toshika was beaming. "School was amazing, Big Brother! I made a new friend!".

Aaryan nodded, but his mind was already on her development. "Change your dress and eat. At 6:00 P.M., you enter the Gravity Zone".

"Wait, Aaryan!" Simran and Riya protested. "You're going to put her in that level of gravity? That's dangerous for her!".

"Her physiology is not human," Aaryan stated flatly. "As a werewolf, her strength can grow 100,000x faster than yours. To keep her at low gravity is to keep her weak".

The girls were in shock, but they saw the logic in his cold assessment. They convinced him to start smaller, beginning with 10x gravity. Even at that level, the training was grueling. For two hours, Toshika struggled to breathe, her muscles screaming as they were forced to support ten times her body weight. By the time Aaryan cut the power, she collapsed, her muscles racked with agonizing cramps.

Aaryan knelt beside her, his hand glowing with a soft green light as he applied Muscle Recovery Magic. The pain vanished instantly, replaced by a cool relief.

"Why do Simran, Riya, and Shreya live with you, Aaryan?" Toshika asked, her voice small.

"They are my girlfriends," Aaryan said, his voice devoid of emotion. "I saved them at different times".

"So... am I also your girlfriend?" Toshika asked innocently.

Aaryan's poker face didn't break. "No, Toshika. You are my small sister. There is a difference".

"But I also live with you," she countered.

"That doesn't matter," Aaryan replied, standing up. "You are my sister, not a girlfriend. Now, get some rest".

4. Red Alert: The Enemy's Shadow

The peaceful evening was shattered by a violent crimson flash on Aaryan's primary monitor. A Red Alert screamed through the house's security system.

"Aaryan! Two of our people were just ambushed!" Simran shouted, her fingers flying across the holographic keyboard.

The system identified the attackers' organization—a massive network of Watcher-Prayers who had finally come out of the shadows. They were a group that claimed to bring "truth" to the world, but in reality, they served the celestial monsters.

Aaryan leaned in, his eyes glowing with a violet intensity. The name of the organization flickered on the screen in blood-red letters:

"ILLUMINATE".

Aaryan stood up, his aura expanding until the entire house vibrated. "They think they are the light," Aaryan said, his voice dropping into a tone that promised absolute destruction. "They think they can challenge the Architect".

He turned to the girls, his violet eyes piercing the dark. "The time for school and practice is over. The Great War has arrived".
