When I was 10 years old, I had one of the most exciting days of my life. It was a sunny morning, and I was playing cricket with my friends in the playground near my house. I loved cricket, and that day I felt very lucky because I was batting first.
While playing, I hit the ball very hard, and it went over the wall into a garden. My friends asked me to bring the ball back. I slowly climbed over the wall and entered the garden. Suddenly, I saw a small puppy stuck near a bush. It looked scared and hungry.
I carefully picked up the puppy and gave it some water from my bottle. The puppy started wagging its tail happily. After a few minutes, a lady came running into the garden. She was the owner of the puppy and had been searching for it everywhere.
She thanked me for helping her puppy and even gave me some chocolates. My friends were waiting for me outside, and when I told them the story, they were very surprised.
That day, I learned that helping others always makes you feel happy. It was a small act, but it made my day unforgettable.
