It's not like it is impossible and unheard of.
The old Toad Sage has told Jiraiya that he will teach Child of Prophecy, which Danzo dismissed as delusion. A ninja taught by Jiraiya can never bring World Peace.
Only Konoha uniting the entire world under him can bring peace.
Then, there is the Priestess from Land of Demons, who can see someone's future death.
So, it's not like he can just outright dismiss such an ability.
She mentioned three things in her visions. Child of Prophecy with Jiraiya, the number 7, and a Mangekyo Sharingan.
The Mangekyo Sharingan user will control him and put an end to the girl's seer ability by 'disturbing the mental wavelength', which is connected to 'world's wavelength'. And the girl in that vision looked 6-7 years old. Though her drawing was good, she is still a 3 year old kid and her drawings probably aren't accurate.
And, she didn't have it from her PoV. So... is it really that she is borrowing the future vision from the world around her, instead of it being from herself?
He has no idea about this wavelength thing, but judging by the explanation, it seems like her mental wavelength has been aligned with the world's somehow, if that even makes sense.
He doesn't think that she is lying. And he has checked that she is not under genjutsu. He had his one-Byakugan eyed ninja check on her for genjutsu.
But, it's still possible that an Uchiha is controlling her to send a spy into his ROOT. Afterall, if it's a genjutsu of Mangekyo Sharingan with unusual abilities, it's very possible that it can't be detected even with Byakugan.
He can't just get rid of her, or risk disturbing her mental wavelength with genjutsu, Mind reading or even his Tongue Curse Seal.
What if she really has seer ability?
He only wanted to scare her to test her when he told his ninja to read her mind even after she revealed all that, but it seems that she was so scared of losing her ability that she awakened a monstrous Kekkai Genkai and ate that ninaja's head off.

As if she picked up on the matron's attitude.
When the kids were taken to the park, she would run up to the patrolling Uchiha policemen and beg them to show her fire jutsu, or any ninja for that matter. That's the only childish thing about her.
So, he felt that she has potential. She has the maturity like Itachi and Kakashi, so he couldn't pass up on her even though he didn't know if she will be talented as a ninja or not.
Faking an accidental drowning in the river of a fake body was really simple. And the hospital medic working for him in the secret declared her dead.
Now that decision sat heavily in his stomach as he slowly sipped on his tea.
She had frequent contact with multiple Uchihas. It was possible one of them had placed her under control long ago.
Or… if her seer ability was real, then he needed to protect her. Hide her. Use her. If her drawing is accurate, he has only 3-4 years before the Uchiha with Mangekyo Sharingan comes to put him under his control.
He focused on the number 7.
Maybe it's the age of the girl when she will lose her ability?

The most popular thing related to the number 7 is, Team 7.
The team of the Sanin, and team of Minato and his students.
There was Jiraiya with the Child of Prophecy in the vision, so Jiraiya might be connected to this.
And from Jiraiya... Minato and his students are dead, except Kakashi. And his Sharingan can't possibly be Mangekyo Sharingan. Afterall, if that was the case, he would die just from strain. Him handling a three-tomoe Sharingan quite well already speaks of his talent.
There is a reason why Uchiha don't put seals on themselves like Hyugas to protect themselves.
Even he tried to use Sharingan, but it led him to faint because of chakra drain. Before research on Hashirama cells progresses enough, he wouldn't be even able to use it.
Kakashi managing three-tomoe Sharingan without Hashirama cells is already a miracle. Him fighting on jonin level is astonishing. This is a proof that his talent is on par with Minato, but he is held back by Sharingan and his mentality.
But him having a Mangekyo Sharingan is too much of a stretch.
And the guy had a pair of Mangekyo Sharingan, not a single one.
So, Kakashi isn't the one.
It really must be an Uchiha. And perhaps, some sort of connection with the team of the Sanin? Or a Team 7 in the future?
Is Orochimaru be involved somehow?
Danzo finished his tea, eye narrowing.
Whether the girl is a spy or a genuine seer, He will find out who has that Mangekyō Sharingan. The one who would eventually try to control him.
He could not afford to be patient forever. The time is ticking.
But for now… he will watch her. Train her. Test her.
And find the Uchiha who is either controlling her, or if she genuinely is a seer, the one who will try to control him in the future.
