Event: JayJay and Yuri go to Drew's house, talk, and some troublemakers threaten Drew. Yuri fights them, stabs one of the men with a knife, and the men leave. Yuri disappears.
JayJay's POV
Where is Yuri?
I couldn't find him and kept searching, but he wasn't there. Damn it, I was getting nervous, and now I have to go home because Kuya Angelo could kill me. I said goodbye to Drew and his sister and slowly started walking home. The worst part is my phone had no signal or charge—damn it, I kept going, and a couple of guys caught my eye. They were smiling at me—these troublemakers. What do they want? Damn it… there were only two of them, and they started approaching me. Should I fight?
The first guy said, Hello girl smiling.
The second guy started, "Are you alone? Come, we'll walk you home," and laughed. My anger started to rise.
I said, "No need, I can to myself Leave." I was so mad—one wrong move and I'd break their bones, damn it.
The third guy laughed loudly, Such a stubborn girl, huh?" Should I kill him? The first guy tried to grab my hand, and I punched him. The other two laughed and tried to hit me, but suddenly a few more guys appeared. They started hitting the troublemakers. There were five of them, and they were very strong fighters. They kept hitting their faces until they were bruised. I should thank them. The three remaining troublemakers ran away.
The five guys looked at me, and the first one said, "Hi, my name is Theme. How are you, miss?" He extended his hand. I shook it and said, "Hi, I'm JayJay. I'm fine, thanks. I wanted to break their bones." They laughed. They introduced themselves: "I'm Kevin," "I'm Ren," "I'm MJ," "I'm Robin." They were good guys, and I was grateful. Robin said, "JayJay, let's be friends." My eyes widened in surprise. Should I agree? I said, "Okay, let's be friends." Everyone was happy.
I needed to go home as it was late. "Alright, I have to go. Bye," I said, waving my hand. They waved back, saying goodbye.
I noticed a store and, being hungry and wanting to survive the lightning, I went inside. I bought chocolate ice cream and a soda, quickly finishing them. A few hours later, I arrived home. Damn it, I had walked so far.
When I entered, Keifer, Yuri, Ci-n, and David were sitting there. Keifer stood up and approached me, asking questions. "Jay, where have you been? Drew said you left a few hours ago. Why didn't you answer your phone? Where were you?" I hesitated, not wanting to tell him about my new friends. That crazy guy might get jealous.
"I was on my way and saw an ice cream store. I stayed a bit, and my phone died," I said.
Keifer went silent, seemed to be thinking. Then my mom, Tita Gema, and Kuya Angelo came out. "JayJay, you could have been hurt," Kuya Angelo said. I repeated everything, and they asked many questions.
"Kuya, I walked, saw an ice cream shop, waited a bit, and couldn't find a taxi," I said.
"Why didn't you answer your phone?" Kuya asked.
"My phone died," I said. Kuya Angelo nodded silently. Tita Gema hugged me. "We were worried," she said. I hugged her back.
Then Ci-n came to me, pretending to cry. This little kid was so annoying. I looked into his eyes, and he went quiet when I stared.
"Yuri, why did you suddenly leave and leave me alone?" I asked. Yuri looked sad.
"Sorry, Jay. I had some problems and had to leave. I'll explain later," he said. I nodded, saying, "Okay."
Finally, it was dinner time. Keifer looked at Kuya Angelo and said, "Angelo, can we eat dinner here too?" Did he not want to go home? Kuya Angelo gave him a cold look and said, "What else do you want?"
Keifer smiled, "I want to make JayJay my wife."
Ci-n suddenly shouted, and David was surprised, but Yuri didn't react. Kuya Angelo glared at him. "Alright, you can have dinner with us," he said. Everyone agreed.
I grabbed my bag and went to my room, changing clothes. My mind was full of thoughts. Suddenly, the door opened, and I got scared. Keifer was there. He slowly closed the door and came to me. I instinctively stepped back. Keifer smiled and hugged me, kissing my cheek.
"Jay, I thought you were in danger," he said. I played with his hair. He looked at me, biting his lip. "Can I?" he asked. I rolled my eyes. "No," I said. He shushed me and kissed my lips. It was romantic. We separated, and I went down a bit later, making sure Kuya Angelo wouldn't suspect anything.
Everyone ate dinner, and I sat between Ci-n and Keifer. My favorite foods—ham, rice, soft bread, pizza, hotdogs—were on the table. Suddenly, someone's hand touched my thigh. Damn it, it was Keifer, smiling as if nothing happened.
"Move your hand," I said. He ignored me, and Ci-n looked at me, smirking. I stared dead at him, and Ci-n went quiet.
I had to eat. Keifer's hand was still on my thigh as I drank water and nearly choked, coughing. Everyone stared at me. Keifer acted like nothing happened. He and I sat together, while Kuya Angelo kept an eye on us.
"Why are you sitting together?" he asked coldly. I stayed silent. Keifer replied, "Is it bad to sit together?" Kuya Angelo said, "It's not good. You're a boy, JayJay, you're a girl. Don't cross the line. You must not get pregnant yet." I was shocked.
Keifer laughed. Dinner ended, everyone left. I said goodbye to Keifer. "Alright, see you tomorrow," he said, winking. I replied, "Bye."
I went inside, very tired. Just as I was about to sleep, I got a text from an unknown number:
"Hello, Jay."
I didn't recognize it, and the worst part—I couldn't stop thinking about everything and couldn't sleep. But fatigue finally took over, and I fell asleep.
