Luke shouted in surprise as he spotted the car.
Krul couldn't help but give Luke a kick. This guy had actually forgotten where he parked the car, though she had forgotten too.
Several hours had passed already; the time wasted was enough for Luke to drive from here back to Sanguinem.
Recalling Krul's excitement while riding in the car yesterday, Luke asked,
"Would Queen Krul like to try driving?"
Krul thought for a moment, opened the driver's side door, and sat inside.

"This is the clutch, this is the accelerator, and this is the brake."
Krul was waiting for more, but Luke showed no intention of continuing. Krul looked confused.
"That's it?"

"I told you we should carry human communication devices at all times. We have no way to contact Sanguinem to send a car for us now. We'll have to walk."
Krul had no choice. Since she had caused the accident, she could only jump back up to the mountain road with Luke and head toward Sanguinem.
But how could two legs be as enduring and fast as four wheels?
Four hours later, they arrived near Aichi Prefecture. Seeing that it was almost dark and they still had more than half the way to go.
"Damn it, those Imperial Demon Army guys are probably starting dinner by now. Maybe they even have time for a bath!"
Luke vented his useless rage. Krul had been strictly focused on traveling the whole way!
Every time Luke tried to start a conversation, Krul would kill it within a few sentences.
Luke suddenly raised an eyebrow and stopped. Krul stopped at the same time, and they exchanged a look.
