Wi Hajoon had never imagined himself discontinuing his studies after high school. For more than a decade, his dream had been to get admitted into a top university and continue studying for as long as he could. He had spent most of his life working toward that single goal, carefully avoiding anything that could become a distraction and affect his grades.
That all changed when he met Su Iseul in high school.
At first, Wi Hajoon had ignored him like all the other students, focusing solely on his studies. He didn't want anyone distracting him from what he considered the most important years of his life. However, Su Iseul didn't seem to mind how unresponsive Wi Hajoon was. He continued coming to his desk, casually talking to him as though Wi Hajoon had never ignored him in the first place.
Somehow, without Wi Hajoon even realizing when it had happened, Su Iseul had become a familiar part of his everyday life.
