Morgan, the Fairy Queen.
As far as he could tell, the woman by that name was resting her head on his arm, breathing softly and sweetly.
The legendary witch lay there with a blissful expression on her face, sleeping utterly defenseless right in front of Shirou.
Hard as it might be to believe, Shirou didn't actually know her.
The situation was much like the Fourth Holy Grail War, when Lady Avalon had been summoned. Meeting the Fairy Queen face to face like this was a first for him.
The difference was that Shirou had dreamed of the Fairy Queen Morgan many times by now, and had learned a great deal from those dreams.
They were experiences from before Shirou drifted to the Fairy Kingdom, memories he had completely forgotten.
Shirou's life as Arthur.
The Shirou of now could state it plainly: this beautiful silver-haired woman before him was none other than Aesc, the Savior he knew so well.
The silver-haired Fairy Queen Morgan and the golden-haired Paradise Fairy Morgan were not counterparts from parallel worlds. They were one and the same soul.
In this world, Shirou and Morgan were siblings, husband and wife, king and queen.
In the other world, Shirou and Morgan were a human and a Paradise Fairy, a Savior and a Fairy Knight, a King and a Witch.
Just as Shirou had forgotten those memories when he washed up in the Fairy Kingdom, Morgan, for reasons unknown, had likewise lost hers upon arriving there.
But even knowing all that, even after dreaming of her so many times, Shirou still couldn't quite bring himself to equate this noble, keen-witted ice beauty with that young lady, the Savior of the Demon Boar Clan.
Were they really the same person?
Their faces were identical, sure, but…
Shirou's gaze traveled down from the woman's perfectly composed features.
We're husband and wife, so surely one little look won't hurt. With that excuse firmly in place, Shirou began to secretly study Morgan's gorgeous body.
The neck and collarbone as delicate as some masterwork of craftsmanship, the slender, firm waist, the hips with their full, generous curve, the long legs that managed to be both slim and soft.
The sleeping Fairy Queen was a vision without equal. There was simply too much to take in.
And in the end, Shirou's eyes were nailed to those two snow-white peaks that dominated everything around them.
Her full breasts were like heavy fruit bowing a branch, looking ready to spill out of her nightgown at any moment.
Even lying down they stood proud and high, a testament to the Fairy Queen's maternal allure as a grown woman.
"......"
Not even in the same league as Aesc the Savior, Shirou thought, swallowing hard.
If Aesc kept growing, would she develop to this scale too?
But counting her time asleep, wasn't she already three or four thousand years old? Would she really keep growing?
Then again, Morgan and I are married, so a little feel shouldn't be a problem, right?
Back on the Pilgrimage, Shirou had brushed against Aesc's chest a few times by accident, and it was always his own reaction that got out of hand, which only ended up making her furious.
The Shirou of those days had none of his experiences as Arthur. He was simply a virgin…
But now, his experience with women had reached double digits.
It'll be fine. Yeah.
"......Gulp."
Even knowing full well that she was his wife, in Shirou's own head the Fairy Queen Morgan was still, at bottom, a woman he was meeting for the first time.
This is bad… thinking about it that way only makes it more exciting!
Shirou's breathing turned ragged, his hand hovering in midair.
"What's the matter, my husband?"
"…Ah!?"
Shirou let out a yelp. "Morgan, you, you're awake?"
The red-haired boy looked up to find Morgan watching him, deep bewilderment showing in those cold, brilliant eyes.
He didn't want to lie to her, so.
"I want to grope your breasts."
"............Pfft."
Morgan blinked, then dissolved into giggles.
Her lovely smile belonged to an innocent, guileless fairy and a sultry, bewitching sorceress all at once, and it left Shirou momentarily dazed.
The Fairy Queen narrowed her eyes and said, thoroughly amused, "What's gotten into you today? You're being so strange, Shirou… Since when do you ask my permission? Normally you just grab, rough and shameless as anything."
Shirou was appalled. "I, I'm really that crude…?"
"You are. In that one area, Shirou, you aren't the least bit gentle." Morgan rolled her eyes.
"I'm sorry."
He hung his head, stricken with guilt, only for her to catch his chin on her slim knuckles and tilt it back up.
"There's no need to apologize. You're my husband, my king. Naturally you may do as you please, and besides… I don't dislike being treated that way at all♡"
"I see. Hmm, then I really should… I'll try to be gentler from now on…"
Shirou asked, treading carefully, "So, um, may I touch them now?"
Morgan answered coolly, "No."
"Wha…!?"
Still holding his chin, she murmured, "Going by our usual custom, what is it you're supposed to do at a moment like this?"
Huh?
How am I supposed to know? I don't have a single memory of living with you!
Shirou's scalp went cold.
Not only because he was about to be exposed, but, far more urgently, because at this rate he would never get to touch them!!
His brain spun at a speed it had never reached before. Its efficiency might well have matched the finest minds of the Atlas Institute.
And after that frantic burst of brainstorming, Shirou…
"M-Morgan-nee-san, please…"
"Hehe, very good~"
A pleased flush spread across the Fairy Queen's face as she stroked his hair with genuine fondness.
"There now, come here… my husband. My little brother."
And with that, Morgan tugged down the front of her strappy nightgown…
"Mmm❤… You said you'd be gentle just a moment ago. Honestly."
"No one's going to take it from you, so slow down… this belongs to you and no one else…❤"
...
"My King, is today's breakfast not to your liking?"
The knight spoke with visible unease.
This knight, Bedivere by name, saw to Shirou's meals and daily needs, essentially the household steward of Camelot.
Unassuming as he looked, he was one of the Round Table's longest-serving members.
"It's nothing of the sort. The food is as good as it always is. I simply have no appetite."
Outwardly Shirou seemed distracted. Inwardly he was in raptures: Magecraft that lets you produce breast milk is truly incredible…
"Understood. Then I shall clear the meal away."
Bedivere bowed and picked up the tray to leave.
"After everything that happened, my King… please rest properly."
With those words, he left the room.
Everything that happened…
Ah. He means my defeat at the hands of Crimson Moon Brunestud in the last campaign, how I barely escaped with my life, and then spent an entire week flat on my back?
Shirou looked out the window. It was broad daylight, yet the world lay drowned in vermilion moonlight.
With his defeat on the European front, the whole world had fallen into the grip of the invaders descended from the moon.
Now only his own Kingdom of Britain remained, the last holdout of resistance.
Right. Let's set Morgan's sweet embrace aside for the moment and take stock of the situation.
During my fight with Nrvnqsr Chaos, Rita Rozay-en ambushed me, and my consciousness was drawn into her Mystic Eyes.
When I came to again, I was here, in this world.
World?
No… this almost certainly isn't a real world at all. It's my own subconscious, or my deepest memories.
Because of the effect of Rita Rozay-en's "Mystic Eyes of Roses," I've sunk into the depths of my own soul.
The Fairy Queen Morgan, this castle of Camelot, the Knights of the Round Table, none of it is real. All of it was fabricated out of my deep memory.
Is Rita Rozay-en's aim to lock me inside this beautiful dream, inside her Mystic Eyes, forever?
If so, then why have I kept my original memories?
Does she think that even with them intact, there's no possible way for me to escape?
"…She's really underestimating me."
Shirou rose from his chair.
Better find a way out of these Mystic Eyes, and quickly. Rin and the others are still waiting for me back in reality.
"My King…?"
Just then, an unfamiliar woman's voice reached him.
Shirou turned to see the Fairy Queen entering the room with a black-haired woman in sumptuous dress.
"My King! You're awake at last! Oh, thank goodness!"
The noblewoman gathered up her long skirts, hurried over, and threw herself straight into Shirou's arms.
"I was so afraid you would never wake again, ahh… thank goodness, truly… all those days of prayer weren't wasted after all… ahh…"
"Uh, um…"
Shirou floundered. Who are you?
He turned to Morgan for rescue, only to find her wearing a smile of pure relief.
Morgan-nee-san! Your husband is being embraced by another woman. Why are you just standing there watching?
"My King, what's wrong? Why aren't you saying anything?"
The woman in his arms looked up at him.
She was dignified and elegant, with tears still clinging to the corners of her delicate eyes.
There was no way Shirou could have forgotten the name of such a beautiful woman. The only possibility was that he had never known her in the first place.
But asking her name outright now felt like it would end very badly...
"Um, could you be Miss Guinevere?" Shirou asked.
The dark-haired noblewoman blinked. "...Who else would I be?"
Shirou breathed a sigh of relief. It seemed he had guessed correctly.
Guinevere was Shirou's other queen in this world, his secondary wife who had borne him a daughter, Artoria.
Morgan stepped in to smooth things over.
"Our King was gravely wounded in the battle against Crimson Moon. His memories have been somewhat confused since he regained consciousness, which is why he has been saying such strange things."
At those words, Guinevere began to cry again, leaving Shirou no choice but to put an arm around her shoulders and comfort her.
Come to think of it, Morgan really had noticed that something was wrong with his memories.
That was Morgan for you. Nothing escaped her...
"My King, do you not remember Guinevere?" the dark-haired noblewoman asked pitifully.
Shirou steeled himself and admitted, "No, I do remember you, but... Morgan is right. There seem to be some gaps in my memory."
Guinevere covered her mouth. "In that case, why don't we have some tea and talk about the past? It might help you recover your memories."
"Hmm, but..."
Shirou did not have time to sit around chatting. All he wanted was to return to the real world as soon as possible.
"Morgan-nee-san will join us too, won't she?"
Seeing Shirou's reluctance, Guinevere appealed to her strongest ally.
The Fairy Queen gave a cold laugh. "It seems our King does not want our company. Were you planning to use work as an excuse to brush us off again?"
"Huh? I never said that!"
"Then that means you'll come with us, doesn't it?" Guinevere clasped Shirou's hand tightly.
"Fine... I understand. I'll join you..."
Shirou knew nothing about this life of his, so perhaps staying a little longer would not hurt.
The boy stole a glance at the silver-haired Fairy Queen.
He wanted to learn more not only about himself, but about her as well.
On their way to the courtyard, they encountered a purple-haired boy.
He was Galahad, one of the Knights of the Round Table.
Most of the Knights of the Round Table had fallen during the battle against Albion, including his father, Lancelot.
"My King, at the upcoming meeting, we must devise a strategy to engage Crimson Moon here on our home soil..."
Shirou cut him off. "I'm sorry, Sir Galahad, but I'll leave the battle plans entirely in your hands."
"...What?" The young purple-haired Knight stared at him in disbelief.
Crimson Moon Brunestud had conquered the entire Eurasian continent, and Shirou's previous campaign against him in Gaul had ended in a crushing defeat.
Under normal circumstances, the situation could hardly have been more urgent.
But this was not the real world, so none of it really mattered.
Rather than saving the world, Shirou wanted to learn about this life of his and the women who had shared it with him.
"As you can see, I'm going to have tea with my wives."
Shirou slipped an arm around each of Guinevere's and Morgan's slender waists and strode away, leaving a dumbfounded Galahad behind.
...
Shirou spent a pleasant afternoon having tea with Morgan and Guinevere.
Guinevere addressed Morgan as "Big Sister," and the two of them seemed to get along quite well.
As they talked, Shirou also learned a great deal about his childhood.
From his first meeting with Morgan to the moment they fell in love. Shirou had declared his love for her the very first time they met and vowed to make her happy.
From his first meeting with Guinevere to the moment they fell in love. Apparently, Guinevere had already fallen for Shirou before they had even met.
It was all part of a past Shirou knew absolutely nothing about.
Even so, he felt truly, deeply content.
"You really don't remember anything, do you?" Guinevere asked in surprise.
"There are still some things I remember," Shirou insisted.
"Such as?"
"Well, Miss Guinevere bore me Artoria, and Morgan-nee-san bore me Mordred."
"If you had forgotten even that, I would lock you in the tower and torture you until you remembered everything."
Morgan coldly set down her teacup. A chill ran down Shirou's spine. She would absolutely follow through on that threat.
"Then I will attend to you in your chambers tonight."
Guinevere suddenly made the announcement as their afternoon tea came to an end.
During the days Shirou had been unconscious, Morgan and Guinevere had apparently taken turns caring for him at night.
Morgan had watched over him the previous night, so tonight was Guinevere's turn.
"Ah, then I'll be in your care, Miss Guinevere."
"Please don't address me so formally."
"Is... that so? Guinevere."
From Shirou's perspective, Guinevere was still a woman he had only met for the first time today. Calling her directly by name felt a little strange.
Hearing Shirou say her name left Guinevere inexplicably flustered. She avoided his gaze, her face taking on the bashful expression of a young maiden.
She looked especially adorable.
She had initially struck him as a dignified, composed noblewoman. She was also a mother who had already borne a child, so he had never expected her to have such an innocent side.
Perhaps that was precisely why Shirou suddenly felt the urge to tease her.
"Guinevere, you're my wife, aren't you?"
"If you've forgotten even that, I won't want to go on living..."
"Then shall we kiss?"
"K-kiss?"
The sudden suggestion sent Guinevere into a panic. She had probably never expected Shirou to ask such a thing in front of Morgan.
"Mm. You don't want to?"
"W-well... it's not that I don't want to..."
Guinevere stood frozen, unable to form a proper response. Shirou quietly moved closer and took her hand.
At last, Guinevere closed her eyes and accepted his lips.
As he gently kissed her, her flushed cheeks made her look like a maiden experiencing her first love.
It seemed Guinevere had little experience with this sort of thing.
Shirou decided he should take the lead, so he leaned close and whispered into her ear.
"I'll be looking forward to tonight, Guinevere."
At the brazenly suggestive remark, Guinevere lowered her head, and her full, mature body began to tremble faintly.
She was even cuter than he had imagined.
Though Morgan-nee-san's expression was also far darker than he had expected.
That evening, Guinevere knocked on Shirou's door as promised.
