Lirien's POV
The days on Earth had been full of new things, but tonight I wanted something familiar.
I wanted Vael.
Since we landed, he had been so careful with me. Gentle touches, soft kisses, long hugs, but nothing more. No heat. No roughness. No knot. He said he wanted me to settle in first, to feel safe, to have time to breathe without the pressure of my heat or his rut. I understood it. I loved how much he cared.
But I missed him.
I missed the way he used to pin me down. The way he filled me so completely I couldn't think. The way his knot locked us together and made me feel owned in the best possible way. I missed being full of him.
Tonight, I was going to change that.
