Kyle looked at the yellow eyes that were locked on him. He was memorised by those eyes but he knew that this is not the time for that. Torin was the first to break the silence between them. He asked with a flat voice,
"So, mind telling me the reason for your arrival here and creating such commotion?"
Kyle looked into the eyes of Torin and spoke,
"I am here to meet my husband and apologise for what happened between us."
Torin looked at Kyle without speaking anything and then he spoke,
"Okay. Apology accepted and then what. Are you planning to hurt us once again."
Kyle didn't speak. He looked at Torin without blinking and his gaze seemed to pierce Torin but Torin remained the same when facing the gaze of Kyle. Kyle spoke,
"I once told Devin to give me one last chance and I will prove myself. I will not say the same for you because I can sense you with some other omega and I really didn't like it at all. If you want to be like him, I can do that for you if you are happy with that."
Earing this, Torin raised his eyebrows and looked at Kyle. He didn't like what this omega said just now but he couldn't say anything. He remained silent and Kyle continued,
"I know that the love, liking or the expectations you had for our relationship did not exist anymore in your heart but this is my promise to you. If you ever loved Kyle Arther then I am going to make you fall for me and never break your promise."
Kyle spoke everything seriously and Torin was stunned as he looked at the omega sitting below him. He saw the sincerity inside those eyes but he was confused when he heard the mentioning of Kyle and Kyle Arther.
He wanted to ask but he felt that some things are better hidden. So, he changed the topic and asked,
"When I told you to leave, why did you start crying?"
The tense, heavy atmosphere shattered instantly. Kyle smiled bitterly and spoke,
"Would you believe me if I say that I don't know."
But Torin didn't believe that. He continued to look at Kyle and Kyle swallowed slightly. He spoke after some hesitation,
"I am not used to loneliness. I accepted it not because it was a part of me but because this was the only hope that kept me alive."
In the end, he started speaking through his own experience and Torin continued,
"I walked on the path of loneliness but suddenly in my life some strangers arrived. Those strangers were married to me. I didn't have any expectations but as time passed, unknown to me, a seed was planted in my heart that was fighting with that loneliness.
I struggled to keep that seed away but some part of mine wanted the opposite of that."
Kyle didn't speak anymore. Torin didn't need him to continue because he could feel everything from that voice, the eyes that revealed everything and Torin believed what Kyle told him now.
He wanted to say something but then he remembered what Devin told him after their secret conversation,
"No matter what happens, don't mention Miles in front of him. He is strange and dangerous. Far more dangerous than any of us expected."
Torin swallowed the words that were about to come from his mouth.
He looked at Kyle and spoke,
"Now what?"
Kyle looked deeply in the yellow eyes and spoke,
"This is not the apology I wanted but you don't have to worry. I am your husband. What kind of husband doesn't accompany his wife? So, I am going to visit you every once in a while, and I will definitely get an apology from you."
With that, he bowed slightly and spoke,
"Torin Smith, as your partner, I disappointed you but I want just one chance to prove myself. I will prove that I am worthy of the relationship between us."
Torin looked at the omega who was bowing his head and he smirked slightly. He didn't know why but he found the word wife coming from Kyle was oddly amusing because he said that but the role between them is opposite.
He didn't speak and continued to look at Kyle after sometime, he looked at the omega. After some time, he spoke,
"We will see."
Kyle immediately broke into a smile and he spoke,
"Okay then, we will meet again after I clear my schedule."
Torin was stunned at the fast speed change of reaction. He spoke,
"Tell me who is the wife in our marriage?"
Kyle looked at Torin. He reached at the cabin door and turned. He looked at Torin and spoke shamelessly,
"Of course you are. In human history, the emperors married their main wife and they had many concubines. I can't find my main wife for now so I have two concubines."
By the end, he had already vanished from the cabin and Torin stood in the same place in pure shock. He looked at the door and the answer from Kyle still lingered in his mind. He spoke just one word,
"Shameless."
But then a voice that echoed everywhere,
"Wife, I will visit you soon. Wait for me."
This made Torin pause his thoughts and he ran after the door. The huge voice will definitely drop his hard-earned image between everyone.
A huge voice boomed in The First Hearth,
"Kyle Arther."
Kyle sat in the car and he left the place with an evil grin. He thought to himself,
"This is the price for making me cry."
The guards looked at the evil grin and they shivered internally. Just then a notification sounded in Kyle's head,

Kyle was speechless when he saw that. He asked Shelly,
"Why did I get no reward?"
Shelly's cold voice sounded in his mind.

Kyle was stunned when he heard that and his expression turned dark. He screamed in his mind,
"Shelly, I am not going to forgive you. No matter what."
While Kyle was sleeping in the cabin, the news of the golden omega spread everywhere in the Imperial City that shook all the top species in Imperial City.
