CULTIVATION REALMS (The Path of the Warrior)

In the Middle Realm, the path of cultivation is divided into 9 stages within each major realm.

1. Body Refinement Realm

Concept: Purely physical strengthening. Muscles, skin, and bones are purified so they do not explode when absorbing Qi in the future.

Sub-stages (1 to 9):

1-3 (Copper Skin): Resistance to common weapon cuts.

4-6 (Iron Bones): Overhuman strength (lifting boulders, shattering wood).

7-9 (Boiling Blood): Peak vitality, rapid regeneration of minor wounds.

2. Meridian Opening Realm

Concept: Construction of internal "pipelines." Qi is not stored yet but is circulated to enhance speed and reflexes.

Sub-stages (1 to 12):

The 12 Main Meridians of the body are opened.

The 12th meridian connects the "Great Cycle," allowing energy to settle in the Dantian (Lower Abdomen).

Lore Note: This is the talent filter. Those who cannot pass this stage will never become true Cultivators.

3. Qi Sea Realm

Concept: The Dantian fills with Gaseous Qi, which later condenses into Liquid Qi.

Abilities: Use of elemental techniques (fire, ice), walking on water, and reinforcing weapons with aura.

Sub-stages (1 to 9).

4. Transcendent Realm

Concept: The spirit detaches from the flesh. "Spiritual Sense" (mental radar) is developed.

Abilities: Limited flight (levitation or gliding), aura projection, and mental pressure over lower ranks.

Concept: Fusion with the environment. The cultivator no longer uses only their own Qi but borrows the Qi of Heaven and Earth.

Abilities: True and sustained flight, manipulation of local weather, and extended longevity (200-300 years).

Sub-stages (1 to 9).

6. Saint Realm

Concept: Contact with the Laws (Space, Time, Fire, etc.). They stop using brute force and begin using concepts.

Sub-stages:

Half-Saint: Has touched a Law but does not control it yet.

True Saint (1 to 9): Controls a Law. Their body sheds mortality and becomes pure energy. They can destroy cities with a single gesture.

7. Great Saint Realm

Concept: If a Saint uses a Law, a Great Saint creates a "Law Domain." They fuse their understanding of reality with their own soul, creating a territory where they are the absolute god. The laws of the normal world do not apply within their domain.

Abilities: Domain Expansion (within their area, they can nullify Saint-level attacks with a thought), creation of pure energy avatars, and continental-level destruction.

Sub-stages (1 to 9).

Lore Note: These are the true monsters of the Great Families—the Supreme Generals of Empires and awakened ancestors. Facing a Great Saint in their own Domain is suicide for anyone below their realm.

8. Saint King Realm

Concept: The Law becomes a "Crown." They no longer just dominate an external space; they forge an "Inner World" (a real pocket dimension within their soul). They have subjected the laws of the outside world to their will.

Abilities: Summoning their Inner World to crush physical reality. Near-true immortality (cannot die of old age easily, living for millennia). Their mere word can permanently alter a continent's climate.

Sub-stages (1 to 9).

Lore Note: Uncontested sovereigns of continents. A Saint King does not need an army; he is a world-level deterrent. They found dynasties that last for thousands of years.

⚔️ THE IMPERIAL PINNACLE (World Mastery)9. Quasi-Emperor Realm

Concept: The cultivator begins to touch the "Heavenly Dao" or the "World Rules." They attempt to usurp the authority of the planet itself. Their physical body transforms into "Dao Matter," making them invulnerable to almost any material or inferior spiritual weapon.

Abilities: Minor manipulation of Fate, the ability to survive in the vacuum of space, and the creation of basic life from nothing. They can hear if someone speaks their name thousands of miles away.

Sub-stages (1 to 9).

Lore Note: These are the hidden, fossilized ancestors of Imperial Families. They usually sleep in vacuum ice or sealed coffins to avoid soul wear or "World Rejection," awakening only when their lineage is on the brink of extinction.

10. Emperor Realm

Concept: They have usurped a fragment of the World's Will. They do not follow the rules of reality; they write the rules for the Lower World. Their existence is sustained by the planet itself.

Abilities: "Emperor's Decree" (their words become imposed reality: if they say "burn," the sea catches fire). They can erase entire lineages from existence, alter memories on a continental scale, and their spilled blood can create new races or mythical beasts.

Sub-stages (1 to 9).

11. Quasi-Great Emperor Realm

Concept: The vessel is overflowing. The Lower World can no longer contain their power, and the planet begins to reject them. They must compress their "Emperor Dao" into a single "Divine Seed," preparing to leap to a higher dimension.

Sub-stages (The 4 Gates):

Initial: Soul Compression.

Intermediate: Dao Blood Purification.

Late: Karma Detachment (cutting ties with the Lower World).

Consummate: Condensation of the Divine Seed.

Lore Note: The ultimate filter. It is the most dangerous stage. Many Emperors die here, crushed by their own power or destroyed by the "Judgment of the World" if their foundation is not absolutely perfect.

12. Great Emperor Realm

Concept: The Supreme Ruler of the Lower World. Their mere existence is a temporal and spatial paradox. The world must bend around them to avoid breaking. They no longer belong to this dimension.

Abilities: Absolute control of the Lower World. They can pluck stars from the night sky, reverse time in small areas to resurrect the recently dead, and are invincible under this firmament.

Sub-stages (1 to 9).

Lore Note: These are mythical figures. They rarely intervene in mortal affairs because a single full-strength strike could split a continent in two. They prepare almost exclusively for Ascension.

LAW COMPREHENSION (Grades 1 to 9)

To ascend to the higher realms, accumulating Qi is no longer enough; the cultivator must deepen their mastery over the Grade of their Law (Fire, Space, Ice, Slaughter, etc.).

I. Mortal Limit and the Divine Threshold

Grade 1 (The Echo): The cultivator has just touched the Law. They can imbue their physical attacks with pure concepts (e.g., a sword that doesn't just cut flesh, but "cuts the heat" itself).

Level: Base for a True Saint (Stages 1-3).

Grade 2 (The Manifestation): The Law can be materialized directly without the need for a physical medium or weapon.

Level: True Saint (Stages 4-6).

Grade 3 (Local Authority): The absolute limit of the Saint Realm. The cultivator masters the Law enough to nullify the elemental attacks of lower-ranking beings with a single thought.

Level: True Saint (Stages 7-9).

II. The Leap of Sovereigns

Grade 4 (The Domain): Upon reaching this grade, the Law is no longer just an attack; it becomes a territory. The cultivator forces reality to obey their Law within a specific radius (Creation of the "Law Domain").

Requirement: Strict requirement to advance and maintain the Great Saint Realm.

Grade 5 (The Inner World): The Law is compressed and becomes self-sufficient, creating a pocket dimension within the cultivator's soul. The Law forms a "Crown."

Requirement: Strict requirement for the Saint King Realm.

III. The Path of the Emperor (Usurping the Heavens)

Grade 6 (The Touch of the Dao): The Law begins to transmute into "Dao." The cultivator no longer relies solely on their own Law but begins to usurp authority from the planet's natural rules.

Level: Quasi-Emperor Realm.

Grade 7 (The World Decree): Comprehension is so deep that the entire planet recognizes the cultivator as an administrator. Their Law becomes a "Decree" (if they command the Law of Gravity to invert, the continent obeys).

Level: Emperor Realm.

Grade 8 (Divine Condensation): The Lower World can no longer withstand the weight of this Law. The cultivator must compress it into a "Divine Seed" to avoid destroying the ecosystem in their wake.

Level: Quasi-Great Emperor Realm.

IV. The Absolute Limit

Grade 9 (The Void Law / Mortal Perfection): The maximum grade allowed by the Lower World before reality collapses. Those who reach Grade 9 possess the power to "Shatter the Void." This is the mandatory requirement to face the Final Tribulation and ascend to the Higher Realms (becoming a true Immortal/God).

Level: Exclusive to the Great Emperor Realm.

V. ASCENSION (The Step into Divinity)

Shattering the Void

Concept: The act of tearing through the "Ceiling of the World" to ascend to the Higher Realms (where true immortals, gods, and primordial races reside).

The Process: To ascend, a Great Emperor must face the World-Destruction Tribulation, a conceptual lightning bolt that tests if they are worthy of entering the superior realm. Upon success, they leave behind a "Legacy" or artifact that will protect their clan for eons.

THE BEAST HIERARCHY (Grades 1 to 10)LEVEL I: SPIRITUAL BEASTS (The Food Chain)

Monsters guided by instinct, the common prey of low-ranking mercenaries from the Wandering Star Alliance.

Grade 1 (Equivalent: Mortal to Meridian): Wild Beasts. Animals that have passively absorbed Qi. Larger, faster, and deadlier than normal animals, but with animalistic intelligence. Example: Iron Wolves, Rock Bears.

Grade 2 (Equivalent: Qi Sea): Elemental Beasts. They have formed an incipient "Beast Core." They can launch basic elemental attacks (breathing fire, launching ice spikes).

Grade 3 (Equivalent: Transcendent): Superior Beasts. They awaken basic tactical intelligence and Spiritual Sense. They gain the ability to levitate or fly using Qi.

LEVEL II: BEAST ROYALTY (The Awakening)

At this level, beasts cease to be mere "animals" and become warlords with their own armies.

Grade 4 (Equivalent: Origin Realm): King Beasts. They develop human-level intelligence and can communicate via telepathy. They claim entire mountains or forests, subduing thousands of Grade 1-3 beasts.

Grade 5 (Equivalent: True Saint): Monarch Beasts. Upon touching the Laws of the universe, they face the "Metamorphosis Tribulation." Key Evolution: They gain the ability to transform into human form (partial or total) or compress their massive bodies for close-quarters combat.

LEVEL III: ANCESTRAL BEASTS (Natural Disasters)

Normal tamers can no longer subdue these creatures. They possess immense pride and view most humans as mere food.

Grade 6 (Equivalent: Great Saint): Sovereign Beasts. They create their own instinctive Law Domain. Their bodies are as durable as Saint-Grade artifacts.

Grade 7 (Equivalent: Saint King): Desolate Beasts. Creatures of past eras. Their mere breath can alter the climate of an entire region (creating droughts or hurricanes). They do not have an "Inner World" in their soul like humans; instead, their own stomach or anatomy is a pocket dimension (they can swallow entire armies and digest them in the void).

LEVEL IV: MYTHS AND CALAMITIES (Children of the World)

At this level, beasts compete directly with human Emperors for dominance over the continent.

Grade 8 (Equivalent: Quasi-Emperor & Emperor): Calamity Beasts. Born from the "Dragon Veins" of the earth or extreme energy accumulations. They lack conventional biological forms; they may be made of pure magma, storms, or stellar shadows. Their awakening can sink empires.

Grade 9 (Equivalent: Quasi-Great Emperor): Primordial Beasts. They have existed since the genesis of the Lower World, sleeping for tens of thousands of years. Their blood, if spilled upon the earth, creates new races of beasts.

Grade 10 (Equivalent: Great Emperor): World-Extinguisher Beasts. The absolute pinnacle of the Lower World. They are so massively destructive or conceptually perfect that the planet can barely contain them. Killing one requires the combined effort of several Great Emperors, as the world itself protects them.

THE ABSOLUTE PEAK: THE DIVINE REALM / THE VOID

When a Grade 10 Beast survives the "World's Judgment" and shatters the Void, it enters the territory of true celestial legends.

Semi-Divine Beast (In Transition): A creature that has broken the world's limit but has not yet purified all its mortal flesh with higher-realm energy.

Sacred Beast / True Divine: Conceptual entities from higher realms. True Dragons, Ancestral Phoenixes, Cosmic Kirins, and Abyssal Leviathans.

Lore Note: They do not need to "cultivate" like humans; they grow by absorbing stars and concepts. Bloodlines like Kael's (Magma/Sword Dragon) or Lilith's (Ash Phoenix) come directly from this supreme category. In the Lower World, they are "limited" by their current physical bodies, but as they unlock their bloodlines, they will ignore human bottlenecks.

I. BLOODLINE AND SPECIAL PHYSIQUE HIERARCHY

1. Spiritual / Earthly Level: Geniuses of small sects. They have affinity for an element (e.g., Lesser Fire Body).

2. Saint / King Level: Prodigies of each generation. Their blood allows them to skip minor stages in battle (e.g., Unyielding Sword Physique, Divine Ice Armor).

3. Sovereign / Emperor Level: Heirs of Ancient or Imperial Families. Born with the "World's Will" on their side (e.g., Frost Emperor's Ice Kirin Bloodline).

4. Divine / Primordial Level: Monsters that should not exist in the Lower World. Their bodies are nourished by pure concepts and celestial beasts (e.g., Lilith's Bloodline).

5. Taboo / Unknown Level: Physiques or bloodlines that the universe directly rejects and tries to destroy with Tribulations because they break the rules of reality (e.g., Seraphina's Supreme Yin Lotus Body and the Morningstar Clan's mutations caused by the System).

II. WEAPONS, ARTIFACTS, AND TREASURE RANKS

Mortal Grade (Low, Mid, High): Forged with common steel and infused with a bit of Qi. Used by Qi Sea level mercenaries.

Earth Grade: Weapons that can channel elements (flaming swords). Used in the Transcendent Realm.

Heaven Grade: Artifacts with a nascent "will." They can fly on their own and recognize a master. Used by the Origin Realm.

Saint Grade (Low, Mid, High, King): The treasures of the elite. A Saint-Grade weapon contains engraved "Laws."

Emperor Grade (Dao Weapons): Forged with "Dao Matter" (such as Dao Crystals). They can alter the reality of a continent.

Primordial Grade / Divine Relics: Weapons fallen from higher planes or created during the world's genesis (e.g., Vexia's Laplace Compass or Sienna's Blade of Naked Truth).

III. PILL AND ALCHEMY RANKS

Divided by Grade (the level of the cultivator it benefits) and Purity (the amount of toxic residue left in the meridians).

Pill Grades:

Grades 1 to 3 (Mortal to Heaven): Heal normal wounds, replenish basic Qi.

Grade 4 (Saint): Allow a mortal to regrow amputated limbs or break through Saint Realm bottlenecks.

Grade 5 (Emperor): Death-defying. Can prolong a dying elder's life by 1,000 years or revive someone if their soul has not yet dissipated. (This is the pill Cyrus desperately seeks for his sister, Lara).

Grade 6+ (Divine/Nirvana): Mythical pills that grant divine bloodlines instantly.

The Purity Scale:

Low (10-30%): Heals you, but leaves toxins that damage your future martial path.

Medium (40-60%): The standard for public markets and auctions.

High (70-90%): Exclusive to Imperial families.

Perfect (100% - Tribulation Cloud): Leaves zero residue. When an alchemist creates a 100% pure pill, the heavens strike with lightning to attempt its destruction because it is "too perfect."

IV. PROFESSION MASTERY RANKS (Alchemists, Blacksmiths, Array Masters)

Earthly Masters (1 to 3 Stars): Abundant in small cities. They serve mercenaries and low-level cultivators (Origin Realm and below).

Grandmasters (4 to 6 Stars): Authority figures. A 6-Star Blacksmith can create Saint-Grade Weapons.

Craft Sovereigns (7 and 8 Stars): Living legends. They can manufacture Emperor-Grade Pills or Imperial-Level Defensive Arrays.

Divine Creators (9 Stars): Pure mythology. A 9-Star creator doesn't forge with a hammer; they forge with stars and planetary-core lava.

THE EYE OF DESTINY (Aura Classification)

Through the System, Samael can perceive the potential and nature of all beings via a spectrum of colors:

⚪ White: Common Mortal / No Martial Talent.

🟢 Green: Outstanding Talent (Geniuses of lesser clans).

🔵 Blue: Regional Genius (Sect leaders and elders).

🟣 Purple: Hero / Figure of great historical importance.

🟡 Gold: Son of Destiny / Heaven's Chosen (Unlimited potential; they mold the world to their favor).

🔴 Red (Taboo / Calamity): Beings marked by fate to be destroyed by the natural order due to their extreme danger.

⚫ Black (Fate Breaker): Absolute anomalies that exist outside the laws of the universe.
