The Teachings of The Past

N'Karo enters a hidden hole connected deep below to mines and channels. Some of which connected the outside world to Wakanda. This goes directly against the Wakandan law and could result in trouble for the whole operation.

N'Karo enters a dimly lit underground laboratory. It was always silent, unless the playing of America's Billboard Hot 100 Chart hummed low through a salvaged jet radio.

N'Karo was known to make things from nothing. His creative adaptiveness made him profound in subtle adjustments that reap major achievements.

All his memorable builds were in this very laboratory which he shared with three other respective scientist

Battered boots leave loud steps on the partially floored ground as N'Karo approaches.

"Is T'Kari here?"

The scientist slightly nudges his head to extend his peripheral enough to see N'Karo

'Is T'Kari ever here?'

N'Karo continues talking as if the question he had asked was lacking any hope at all.

"I found the solution. It's full of ingredients the Warkar people used in all their medicines." N'Karo explains to the scientists while emptying his bag on the desk.

"And what of this? What is this burnt leaf?"

N'Karo handles the leaf container and studies the contents. Upon first glance he notices the leaf had grown a glowing green tip where he had previous ripped it. His eyes lock on the glowing tip as it actively pulses.

"What the hell is this?"

The scientist, who is now prepping the medicinal solution for analyzation, notices N'Karo gazed.

"Well it's a leaf. My question is why does it look so burnt and blurry?"

T'Zaam glances again. This time allowing the light to settle in its obstruction. He jumps to his feet trying not to be so obviously captivated.

"Wait, It's not blurry. It's not even burnt. What the hell am I looking at?" He snatches the container from N'Karo, locked in a curious observation state.

His glasses how reflected the light of the leaf.

N'Karo turns to T'Zaam who is now intensely captivated my the leaf. The pause in time they both experienced seemed to unravel for N'Karo.

'Those were my exact thoughts, but I saw the full plant'

"On my way from the Warkar tribe. I noticed a jungle land which I wasn't able to regenerate with my watch"

The scientist untethers from the container to N'Karo.

'Couldn't generate?'

"Your watch is connected to official Wakandan software, there would be an absent of bugs in such a program. Even as a Mandlan I can attest to the other villages proficiency in digital accuracy."

T'Zaam adjust his glasses, as to exaggerate a point

"Even so I'd attest to the likes of N'Karo Mandla himself over any Wakandan in aspect."

'Other than myself of course.'

"You're too kind T'Zaam"

N'Karo picks up the container, still engaged by the plants absurd appearance. As the plant began to regrow its light-absorbing capabilities slowly and made it darker and harder to focus on.

"My surprise is the lack of digital information on this leaf. These's no legitimate analysis to back up it's existence. It's presence online is second only to its physical nature."

With more studies and analysis, the pair was able to aid the plant, now called Nyxroot, into full development.

N'Karo and T'Zaam were oblivious to the power the Nyxroot held. But, to praise the Mandla, their effectiveness in passing down knowledge was second to none. In their culture they had a type of pedagogical system where the young mastered skills and teaching from the old. So, these two men enacted their knowledge of gardening and biology to find the "perfect conditions" for the subject as T'Zaam would say.

"We,ve done it. After countless trial and errors, we finally stabilized the plant enough to grow proper roots."

You must plant the "seed" which can be any part of the Nyxroot plant, deep enough into the ground. If planted too shallow the roots will grow straight down and not return above to complete the cycle. A complete Nyxroot plant cycle shows roots which extend low. Then, arching back up to the leaf of the plant, the roots begin a second grow phase where information is synced and a Heart Bulb forms.

A few things N'Karo and his science partner T'Zaam were ignorant too.

One: The plants had mutated over centuries of exposure to low level energy from raw, radioactive vibranium.

Two: The green glowing Heart Blub at the center of every Nyxroot plant, is a cell hub, where gene editing and adaptive mutations occur in the plant.

Three: Inside the Heart Blub, a rare development of enhanced chloroplast called, Vibranoplast can result in enabling the absorption of different forms of energy by the plant. Heat, Kinetic, and Light energy can all be absorbed by a mature, Vibranoplast-rich plant.

Now for contrast, this is what the Nyxroot has been able to show them.

Both scientists studied the nature of the roots. They have now placed the plant in an isolated chamber with rich soil.

Requiring four feet of space in all directions the roots will grow in a scatted pattern, like wild cats stalking lands for prey.

Once a day passes the roots advance back toward the original growing point. If a leaf sprout has not shown, the roots will lay stagnant. Yet upon sprouting, the roots will embrace the leaf within minutes, as a kingdom welcomes a newborn king.

Now exposed above ground, miniature twigs grow from the roots and connect directly with the sprouted leaf.

N'Karo and T'Zaam are currently witnessing the roots build its own chamber.

N'Karo, impressed with their findings for now, vaguely documents their studies. They both tacitly agreed to remain anonymous as the tunnels they work in.

Unbeknownst to them, in another day's time, a Heart Bulb would begin formation. And a heart string would have its first tug.
