Fujino lay on the sofa, quietly staring at the ceiling alone, thinking about her future plans.
Although she had never really had a plan, doing whatever came to mind was a habit she developed after gaining power.
"Now Nia, Mukuro, and little Kurumi have appeared. Except for the final Tohka, who was born naturally from the Spirit power, the other Spirits were all transformed from humans."
"Now three are in sight. Except for Itsuka Kotori, who hasn't been born yet, there's news of everyone else." Speaking of this, Fujino turned over and muttered to herself again, "I remember there was someone else who became a Spirit before Itsuka Kotori, likely Kurumi's good friend from later on."
Thinking of this, Fujino blinked, pondering some matters.
"Never mind, I won't ruin her." Fujino sighed, dismissing the idea of Kurumi's future friend becoming a Spirit.
Moreover, with Fujino's interference, that girl might not necessarily meet the current Kurumi.
"I'll leave after staying for a few more worlds; anyway, the net has been cast well enough."
Saying this, Fujino stood up and took out her phone, and at that moment, a text message arrived—it was a message from 2B.
"Oh?" Fujino raised an eyebrow. "Are they here so soon? Well, it's a good time to go see the current loli Kurumi."
Thinking of this, a hint of impatience appeared on Fujino's face; Loli Kurumi-chan will surely be very cute~
Another member could be added to her Loli Raising Project.
After saying goodbye to Nanami, as well as Mukuro and Nia who were playing games, Fujino went out toward the villa next door.
The meeting place was right there.
Arriving in front of the villa, the main gate was wide open, and 2B was standing at the door waiting.
"Mrs. Tokisaki is inside," 2B said, stepping aside to make a path.
"Let's go meet Mrs. Tokisaki together." Fujino smiled slightly, took 2B's hand, and walked inside.
In the living room of the villa, a beautiful young woman and a cute Little Loli were sitting on the sofa, with steaming tea set before them.
The young woman was Mrs. Tokisaki. Although she was called a madam, she looked very young. Despite being nearly thirty years old, it was truly hard to imagine that she was a woman who had given birth to a daughter rather than a young girl.
The Little Loli beside her was Kurumi Tokisaki. She looked very similar to Mrs. Tokisaki and was already quite charming at her young age. Her lively black eyes sized up everything in the villa with curiosity.
"Hello there." Fujino came to sit across from Mrs. Tokisaki. After seeing Mrs. Tokisaki's appearance in person, Fujino was quite surprised. She was so young; she looked almost exactly like a future version of Kurumi Tokisaki, only more mature and possessing a certain charm.
She looked like another version of Kurumi Tokisaki, and for a moment, Fujino couldn't help but harbor some other thoughts.
Mrs. Tokisaki, sitting opposite her, had no idea what Fujino was thinking.
She was also quite surprised right now because Fujino looked far too young.
How could such a young person own so many houses in this district?
One had to know that houses in this area were not cheap. If it weren't for the inheritance left by her late husband, the company stock dividends allocated in his will, and the desire to provide a good environment for her daughter, Mrs. Tokisaki would not have chosen to buy a villa in such an expensive area.
Unlike the surprised Mrs. Tokisaki, little Kurumi watched Fujino with a face full of curiosity. She felt an inexplicable sense of intimacy with Fujino, making her want to get closer. However, little Kurumi knew her mother was currently discussing business, so she could only suppress the impulse in her heart.
"Mrs. Tokisaki, I presume," Fujino said. She took the already prepared documents from 2B's hand and placed them in front of Mrs. Tokisaki, then smiled at them. "2B has already explained the price to you over the phone, so let's skip the unnecessary details. You can just sign your name. Once you sign, this villa is yours."
"May I take a look?" Mrs. Tokisaki asked. Her voice was melodious and very pleasant to the ear.
"Of course," Fujino smiled, pushing the documents toward Mrs. Tokisaki.
Mrs. Tokisaki picked up the documents, flipped through them for a few minutes, then set them down. With a hint of doubt in her tone, she asked Fujino, "Why is it so cheap?"
The price in the documents was far too low. It wasn't the proper value for this villa at all; it was the price of a house in a third-tier city, perhaps even cheaper.
Such a low price couldn't help but make Mrs. Tokisaki wary. She wasn't some naive person and didn't believe such good things happened for no reason.
Fujino had naturally prepared her explanation for Mrs. Tokisaki's doubts. She took another document from 2B, opened it, pushed it toward Mrs. Tokisaki, and smiled. "You'll understand once you've read this."
Mrs. Tokisaki picked up the document on the table and scanned it. Suddenly, realization dawned on her, and an apologetic smile appeared on her face as she said to Fujino, "I'm sorry, I didn't know about these things."
Fujino smiled and shook her head. "It's fine. It's only natural that you wouldn't know about things involving the older generation."
The document Fujino had just shown Mrs. Tokisaki was a partnership agreement forged by 2B. It recorded that the older generation of the Tokisaki Company had once participated in funding the construction of these villas. Therefore, Mrs. Tokisaki owned a share of the villas here, which was why it was so cheap.
"Alright, now that you're clear on the situation, Mrs. Tokisaki, please sign your name on the document. We will handle the rest of the transfer procedures for you." After Fujino finished speaking, she thoughtfully placed a pen on the table.
"Alright, thank you for the trouble." That document had dispelled most of Mrs. Tokisaki's wariness. She picked up the pen and signed her name, Tokisaki Yume, on the document.
"Excellent." Taking the document, Fujino handed it to 2B and gave her a look. 2B nodded slightly and turned to leave.
"Since the documents are signed, Mrs. Tokisaki, this villa is now yours." Fujino smiled and continued, "We will handle the remaining transfer procedures for you. You can move into this villa at any time. However, the installation of furniture and supplies might not be completed today. If you don't mind, Mrs. Tokisaki, you can stay at my villa next door for one night. Please rest assured, there are only a few young girls and my sister in my villa."
"Is that really okay?" Mrs. Tokisaki hesitated slightly.
"Mama, let's go!" Little Kurumi pulled her mother's hand, revealing a cute smile.
"Alright then." Seeing her daughter's smile, Mrs. Tokisaki helplessly stroked little Kurumi's hair and then said to Fujino, "I'll be troubling you then."
"It's no trouble at all. Mrs. Tokisaki's daughter is truly adorable," Fujino said quickly, while inwardly laughing.
